I agree, when I saw KISS in Birmingham UK. You could tell there was backing tracks being used. KISS called their concerts "Parties" Poison gigs have always been a party.
Im not the biggest Poison fan, yet they are blowing the other 3 bands/artist away. They are playing the tunes at the same pace as they did in their heyday, they look good, and are moving around and working the crowd. Same cannot be said of Motley, Jett and Leppard.
You couldn't have said it any better I agree. I've been following these bands since the day they started so I know how they play then and poison is going to steal this tour. Going to the Los Angeles show here in a month and a half or so so looking forward to this tour. Plus to the Vince was a great singer, but he just got old crowd, go back and watch the US Festival show, it is here on TH-cam and not hard to find, and tell me Vince was a great live singer. At his best he was below average.
Same
@@Spflowers10000 i have no clue why anyone would want to listen to either band in any way other than being there in person. It's good music for running around the stage to but not good for listening.
You should have seen Warrant and Poison tour, this is Great now but Damn did you miss out in the 80’s!!
@@williamstephens5144 I was more into thrash back then and had lost interest in the glam metal bands. I did have the chance to meet Brett Michaels though at a bar in Charlotte in '91 or so and he was really cool. He signed autographs for anyone who wanted one.
They sound great! How awesome is it to see Rikki up there playing his heart out after beating cancer!
I used to laugh and make fun of these guys. ....I was a foolish teenager. They KICK ASS !! Excellent tight band. They sound amazing!!! C.C.DeVille is killing it
Damn these guys sound the best out of all of the bands on this tour!!!! Maybe they should have been the headliner....
Man Bret's vocals still sounds great!!!!!
Bret Michaels never disappoints! As a singer I always thought he was the coolest guy out there! The whole band always does great!
His solo albums were appalling. But he is singing good and looking good and clearly enjoying it. 👍
I was there in the front row. They rocked!
Good grief for 59 Brett looks GREAT!!! He's showing diabetes where that can go, BIGTIME! ❤🤘

Nice meeting you here
Poison sounds the best of all the bands on this tour. CC is killing it on the guitar 🎸🎸🎸

ive heard def leppard and poison the year before the plandemic and def leppard sounds as good as they ever did.

this tour is giving me an entirely new respect for this band. im old enough to own both their 1st two albums on vinyl which i bought the week they came out. they are owning this tour!
Great to see a vocalist who can still keep up. Poison still full of energy and vibe!
I must give props, he's stayed in shape while so many others just let themselves go
Its really a great performance. They look and sound great.
Well Bret did sound a bit winded at times early, but that's to be expected at almost 60. Otherwise once he knocked the rust off, sounded killer!!!

to me, hands down, the best band in the package, they really deliver a good show, with no visual apparel, just plain Rock N Roll, played with excellence
Was never into them during the 80’s, but in hindsight they are a true professional band , and that gets my total respect. I’ve grown to appreciate them and the songs. Real Rock is becoming scarce
100% agree with you, thank you guys to leaving the make up and hair spray behind (more for Steel Panther, ha ha)
I saw them in 2001-2ish, and left with the same impression. Only concert I've ever been where no one sat down the whole time. I never knew so much confetti could be dropped over a 2-hour period either. It was a great show.
gotta agree with you...out of the bands on this tour...they seem to sound the best. way more energy etc..Profesional...respect to them
@@Good-Enuff-Garage I don't see any problem with the long and teased hair when done right (I actually think it looks badass), the make-up I could definitely do without
It's probably because back in the day, compared to the other music, Poison was kind of crap. But, today's music, compared to Poison...is CRAP.
Happy band, happy audience
Bret is the guy that cares about his fans, wants to be in the crowd taking pictures, talking to his fans. This guy appreciates his fans.
Poison should be the headlining act on this tour, without a doubt!
No. But they are awesome
Yes, they gave the best show along with Motley. Joan was close. Def Leppard was the weakest…
Tommy and Nikki would never let that happen. They still think they are better than everyone
@@georgelanders4271this reminds me of the big 4 of thrash tour. Motley Crue is acting like Metallica, who acts that they are better than the other three bands.

They still sound as tight as a drum skin. Respect to Poison.
Tight as a foreskin even 🤔😂🇦🇺🍻🍻
So awesome to see Brett and C.C. back together, they rocked it!!
All the comments about CC makes me so proud of him! He has always been a great and truly under rated guitarist. So happy to see him finally getting the respect he deserves. Poison definitely slays this tour.
Hello, how are you doing today? Thanks for your love and support.
All of the band members are brilliant at what they do and it works so great cc is up there with them all ,bret is a joy to watch and listen to and he means it 🤘👍
Wish they would come back to the uk 🇬🇧 we could do with date’s over here 🙏 as well
He's a great guitarist
Wow, these guys look great and sound great, totally makes me want to pay for a ticket and go see them. Had to come back and edit this…… eat your heart out Vince Neil , THIS IS HOW ITS DONE !!!!
No doubt , by the end of the show Bret Michaels made every single person who was there feel like he knew who they were and let them know how much He appreciated them being there.
My sister introduced me to their first album when I was in middle school and I've been rocking to Poison ever since. Glam metal, hair metal, hard rock, I don't give a damn what you call it, they write good songs, work their asses off, and give a stellar performance every time they step on stage. Bret, C.C., Bobby, and Ricky: you guys are still kicking ass! Been a fan since day one and always will be!
They outlasted all the other glam bands! All original members!
Songs didn't age well. Good performance
Poison always brings it live! CC DeVille killing it!
Someone should show vince Neil this video.
Poison actually has sounded the best and the friendliness so far on this tour.
Poison is one of the best live shows you will see. They have been my favorite band from the era/genre. I seen them a few years ago with Def Leppard and Tesla...they never disappoint !!!
I 💘 Tesla too ! I met both bands . 80s was the best ever !
I agree, when I saw KISS in Birmingham UK. You could tell there was backing tracks being used. KISS called their concerts "Parties" Poison gigs have always been a party.
Bret is a great frontman who obviously appreciates every bit of this and it shows. He cares about his vocals and it shows.
Bret has such positive vibes and is so good at this it’s crazy I watched the entire thing to see him come out gave you the energy
🤟🤟🤟
Totally agree 🤘
Still listening 2022
Yup...2022
He seems genuinely thankful to be doing this again, tons of respect for that dude. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Im not the biggest Poison fan, yet they are blowing the other 3 bands/artist away. They are playing the tunes at the same pace as they did in their heyday, they look good, and are moving around and working the crowd. Same cannot be said of Motley, Jett and Leppard.
I agree !
Talk Turkey to me.
You couldn't have said it any better I agree. I've been following these bands since the day they started so I know how they play then and poison is going to steal this tour. Going to the Los Angeles show here in a month and a half or so so looking forward to this tour. My prediction all along was going to be poisoned stealing the tour and from watching this here on TH-cam it looks like they're going to. Brett still has the energy level as he did back in the day so and also the rest of the band.
@@westcoastronnieOC714 No way. Love me some Poison but they’ve been playing the same set year after year after year. It’s become so stale unfortunately.

Not many bands still have all the original members. Great to see them rocking
I knew poison would be stealing the show when they announced this tour. They don't have as extensive of a catalog, but they always put out a good live show
I've seen them about 3-4 times. Always a great show.
And in his new book Nikki Sixx actually talked shit about not wanting Poison on the tour at first because, you know, Motley Crue invented everything and Poison were a copycat pretty band. Anyone who thinks Poison are a joke should watch this. 🤘🏻
15 top 20 hits is pretty good...

Poison is pure rock and roll!! thanks for uploading the full video
Poison is still sounding great. A lot of the older bands singers have lost it like GNR, Motley Crue etc, but Brett Michaels still sounds awesome!
That was fucking awesome.....please bring this tour to Australia..... Poison should really headline!
No arguing : they still nail it.
A live album would be great.
Not sure if you know or not but they do have a live album AND video called Swallow This Live. It is from. The Flesh & Blood Tour back in 1990. The full video concert is on youtube
I have SWALLOW THIS on CD. Play it when my kids are in the pool enjoying the hot summer days. They love it. Poison is like a fun summer day.
Thank you, of course I know this one but would not mind a new one
Let's get a new studio album before we worry about a live one.
@@anthonybryant3038 Why not both. But agreed. A new studio album would be nice. Correct me if I am wrong. I think Poison'd was the last one they did. And that was just a collection of cover songs.
After seeing BOTH shows in Atlanta and Miami. Poison has the ENERGY! Not just going through the motions! Much better than Def and especially Motley. CC looked great!!
I would imagine it’s a bit daunting for Vince Meal to follow Brett Michaels…say what you will about Poison being a cheese ball band but file them under “”guilty pleasure.” And Michaels is absolutely schooling Vince on graceful aging and still bringing 100%…
Yep for sure- Vince is a disgrace. Bret is kicking ass!
YES ! Agree 100%
Is Vince ‘Meal’ a pun?😂

Def Leppard always sound great.
I would say Mötley musicians sound the best... just Vince kind of kills the vibe. I feel bad for Mick, he's a trooper with his disease and he's on point, while Vince is awful.
I was at this show poison sounded just as bad as crüe did
I'm going to the Detroit shownwill be my 6th time seeing them , my first was in. 88
Poison was never my favorite, always respected and liked them but as everyone else is noticing. They are simply smokin it. Great, great job guys!!!!
Lot of people don't know CC was also giving tribute to Randy Rhoads in the guitar solo not only EVH.
Couldn’t figure out most of the solo but knew it wasnt just eruption. Super cool
Poisons energy and positivity is wonderful. If they put their minds to it, I reckon they've still got a great album in them.
His voice has held up really well compared to most 80s and 90s rockers.
Oh yeah for sure, many sound really rough. I know Loverboy isn't considered heavy metal or in the same category of these bands but let me tell you the crowd missed out on a fantastic band that is still rocking and sounds damn good today. Mike Reno rocks.
the reason is he didn't constantly sing out of his range like so many 80s screamers did. and he knew how to use his voice properly.
@@sixslinger9951 totally agree with you about Bret singing within his vocal range. Don Dokken is a cautionary tale of not taking care of what the good Lord gave ya.
@@sixslinger9951 yeah he never bowled anyone over with his vocals like a lot off the 80's lead screamers but unless you're doing that stuff with perfect technique there's a short shelf life for that vocal style. Cc is one of a kind
Years ago, when CC DeVille wasn’t in the band anymore I remember it made me sad, the energy and the conflict that Bret and CC had was the chemistry that made there songs together without them Poison would never be the same and as a whole the band was always great!
