Hi, if my spouse (beneficiary) submitted a copy of his October 2022 medical exam (the one he completed in his country for his U.S. Embassy interview) with his i485 application (submitted in February 2023), can he use that same medical exam for his Green card interview thats coming up in August 2023? It's been less than 2 years since he completed it, but I want to make sure the one he completed overseas is sufficient.
Also, if we already included the i854 affidavit in the i485 application, do we need to completed another one for the green card interview or do we just bring a copy of what we already submitted?

The medical exam completed for the embassy is not the same thing. Your spouse needs to complete a medical exam in the US. Use this link to find a doctor who can complete the medical exam: www.uscis.gov/tools/find-a-civil-surgeon
You should just bring a copy of the previously-submitted I-864 along with the most recent tax return.
