These videos are amazing. Very grateful! My wife & i are 10 months in to our I-130 petition. I'm a Canadian citizen & my wife is American. She is petitioning for me. Praying the process gets approved soon!
@@carlacadena9008 we have not used a lawyer for the petition process. If need be after the petition is accepted, we would most likely seek legal help. I believe Darian Immigration looks exceptional! :)
Praying for you, pls pray for my Godly husband ! I don’t wanna marry just for papers, I wanna marry to a godly man and have a family. I am waiting but it’s not easy. Blessings
Very great and intuitive video. I've watched many popular lawyers make videos but this gives a broader scope in short time. However, may you let us know if the immigrant spouse is widowed before coming to the USA as shown on his DS 160 application, would it require any proof?
Hello sir, thank you for the video and breaking this down nicely. I'm hoping you would make a video and share your views on applying for citizenship while the I-751 is pending. I have seen a few conflicting opinions by lawyers out there and I am curious to hear what your take is. Kindly share a link if you already have a video on this or if you don't mind answering this comment that will be great. I understand every case is different but would appreciate your general thoughts on this. Would you wait for the I-751 to be approved (considering it's taking so long these days) before submitting the N400 or should the N400 be submitted ( eligible) while the I-751 is pending. I've seen lawyers say doing the latter will lead to further delays while others say the applicant may be lucky to have 2 interviews (751 & N400) done at the same time. A little background, our case was pretty straightforward, 2yr GC was approved in June 2021 and in May, 2023 our joint I-751 was submitted. I-751 has been pending for about 9 months and I am eligible this month (March 27) to early file N400 (Continuous residence for 2 yrs 9 months). Sorry for writing this much. Just seeking your view and thank you for all you do.
I've done videos on this. The answer is not so clear and depends on exactly when you file and the policies at that exact time. You can submit the N-400 while the I-751 is pending, but it can either (1) speed up processing of the I-751, or (2) delay the N-400. I generally like to file the N-400 as soon as my client has been a resident for 2 years and 9 months. Doing so also locks in the current fee, which is scheduled to change on April 1, 2024.
Hello sir, Two weeks ago my wife finally received her GC after almost 3 years waiting for the approval of the I-751, when I read it I realized that they put "M" instead of "F" in Sex. She was ready to send the N-400. The question is: can she send the N-400 without fixing that error or should fix it first before sending the N-400.? I would be very grateful if you answer me.
I got the thing in USA to go get my finger prints at the local uscis but I am the american husband, my wife is in PH. Is it normal for the USA husbands to have to get fingerprinted?
No, it's not normal but it can happen if you have criminal history. USCIS wants to check to make sure that you don't have a qualifying conviction under the Adam Walsh Act. See: www.ilrc.org/sites/default/files/resources/n.13-adam_walsh_act_0.pdf
Hello sir have a question My husband has Daca and I’m wanting to start petitioning for him for his green card . He enter the states legally and has daca ,clean record and all. What form do I need to file for him .Thank you so much for your videos
I recommend using a lawyer because it can be more complicated than just filing forms. If you need assistance please call me and we can go through everything. Generally these are the forms that are required: I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-864.
Hi,I am green card holder,I applied I-130 for my daughter, she is 23 years old ,Canadian citizen, I already received I-797 notice,Can she come to US to do adjustment status right now ? Can she apply work permit when she is In US? How long does take ?

Thank you for useful video! Is 3 times marriage might create a problem for the interview or its doesn’t matter how many times I was married?
