I just hope uscis approves my case. Been waiting since June of last year when I got my receipt and its really hard now living with mi wife and have to depend on someone else to say if she can live in the us with me

I understand how you feel. Truth is, "they shall no longer be two, but one flesh" Matthew 19:5-6. A married couple has an unalineable right to be together. No government has the right to decide what god has put together. The only thing they may have a right to do is verify that it is in fact a real marriage. But see, that does not explain why u.s. Immigration takes authority over obviously bonafide marriages, such as those that have been married for many years are still happily married and have u.s. citizen children. Over those they should have no say. The u.s. Immigration policy does not respect the institution of marriage.
