I just did the PA test. See you next year because i totally fumbled the first question of the PA test. but hopefully the second question can salvage my horrendous performance on the first question (i legit prepared for it with irl PAs but i could find a way to address the 3 notes i got, only addressed the departing note clearly before i fumbled) .... doesn't help im on vacation right now with no pen and paper for notes when i attempted the test 😅. Overall, i think i failed at the PA test this year, but it was my first attempt and ill try again next year
Mate same for me I melted so hard on the first question - the 5 minutes felt more like 10 seconds and I forgot to cover everything (wtf was happpening on that flight? Disasterous). Second question was so much nicer so I'm banking on that as well. I'm hoping that when they consider your application they take the other tests into account as I'm sure I did well on those. It was hard to prepare as every PA I listened to didn't have an example of a 2hr delay + 30 min delay + APU not working + hot cabin
You are a machine, I've always wanted to see how those who are good at these aptitude tests do it (As a graduate who loathes and has done countless psycho tests). I'm always baffled that people could do them better than me, seems impossible because you don't have any sighted proof of how people are just absolute whizzes at these tests.
I'm confused - after completing the PA announcement, the next stage is the assessment day at Waterside. Are you saying that these tests are part of that day? Or are you saying these will be done prior to the assessment day? Or what? There was nothing about aptitude tests, or i should say that i read - there is a maths test on the assessment day Thanks
This is where I failed, there’s a few things in there that are there to catch you out, I answered 10 out of 12 I was about to hit next on the 11th before it timed out. I knew at that point I hadn’t done enough but I’m confident I had majority right
I'd say it's about 25% innate and 75% practise You just need to be able to understand the concept, then you'll be able to improve upon it pretty quickly
Thank you man for this video really helped ,can't wait for the interview video:)

What was the pa process like?

Yeah aptitude is a funny thing haha!
What would you say is the best way to prepare for group exercises? Excellent video
I have no clue sorry :(
hey man, Am i allowed to use a calculator in the math exam?
Hey man hope you’re well! I’ve got my Skyborne interview coming up soon and was wondering if you had any advice? Like what to expect format wise

Out of interest which training provider did you do the test for on your 1st application?
Are you in the process this year mate?
Did you do Skyborne or FTE Jerez assessments?
Is it okay if I managed to get 88 in my second try in the “Sens of direction” test?
Do you have any tips for the checking test? Do you have to complete all 12 qs
Not sure if all questions are required but it is a very difficult test! There are practise website on the BA Powerpoint on their website!
@@OnMyWayFive what do you think the pass rate is

My best tip would be don't double check because time management is key
@@callummorgan-jones4272 when did u get the email saying u didn't pass
how are you so good at the sense of direction is it practise or just innate skill
Abit of both! I wasn't very good at it on my first few attempts but it's not too bad when you get the hang of it!
I'd say it's about 25% innate and 75% practise

I hold a pen while doing it in the orientation of the arrows, then move it and it kinda gives you the idea of what action has been taken
What did you use to train for the attention to detail checking assessment?
Thanks for your efforts, wish you the best!
I didnt prepare for this one, just took it when I felt ready! BA have provided a few links to help practise on their guide on the website :)
You should get a spot the difference game on your phone. I do it ofton
