OMG BRIAN! I just finished watching your entire build video with Megan as your extra set of hands and humor. In the first few seconds of watching this T-28 fly I realized that I have no words other than it is all WE hoped for and more. You tickle its capabilities and thus keep all the squirrels off of it. Fantastic!!! If I were 18 again, or even 60......
Just getting into RC flying with a 400 warbird, but its aircraft like this that I dream of owning and flying.....You guys are possibly the happiest if not downright craziest people flying RC on YT. Your enthusiasm for the hobby is infectious...hooked on everything you are putting out....Thanks guys for making this old man feel like a kid again....
Brian u are the most open, honest and genuinely grateful guy on TH-cam. Can tell u love planes, appreciate your audience and love entertaining! That's why I watch every video you bring out. Excellent presentation of the 2m T28. I want one 👍🏾Mark 🇬🇧
They must have been very limited on units you and pilot Ryan are the only influencer with one in hand. Grate job camera man. Woman😂Grate job as always guys.
I’ve been checking for maiden videos all day and yours is the only one so far. (Of this new version). I got mine Friday and got it together yesterday. Won’t be able to maiden mine for awhile I imagine but very happy you got to do yours. I’ve been waiting. Nice flying and amazing filming!!! Y’all are my goto for any new plane I get.
Really enjoy your videos. Your in flight narration is exciting, informative, and fun to watch. Makes me want to go right out and purchase the product. The excitement is contagious. Thanks
@BrianPhillipsRC! I have watched nearly a dozen RC Planes demonstrators! I must say that you have got the Best A1 Camera and the Cutest Crew! Gold Medal performance! Thank you to her and Congratulations to her. 🙏🌹🌹🌹☺
Greetings from the land down under. Love the Trojans - my first one was the original grey parkzone 1.1 - YEARS AGO - Just bought the 1.2 so that I can go for my club wings - ParkZone for the Silver wings and the EFlite for the Gold wings. I have the Carbon Z Cessna 150T and the Cirrus V2 as well as the HobbyKing Swiss Cub. Would love the Carbon Z T128 but simply can't find the room for storage sadly as have no garage and living in a unit now I'm retired. Speaking of retirement - I never had the time to take this hobby seriously as I was a sub contract courier so although I have been flying for years I actually a very low flight time pilot for the time I've been flying - if that makes any sense. Keep up the good work Brian because here in OZ the Hobby shops are simply dying due to internet domination of the marketplace and we need to get the youngsters interested.
You have some real enthusiasts that were at Joe Nall. We met them, and they're world class RC folks!!! Not sure if you caught the video, but we filmed him flying the giant scale YELLOW sail plane. I think the hobby shops are gonna have to be GOOD to survive, but that's true here too. Internet sales are the wave of the future, but GOOD SHOPS will always keep a strong foothold. Glad to have you here with us, and hope to see you around ;)
Great plane and great flight. I have the same plane, version one in red and white. It flys so smooth even after 5 years. Enjoy your plane and many happy landings. P.S I love the yellow column scheme. Easy to see.
Great flights. I think you do a great job on replying to comments, whether one is required or not. I'd love to get one of these, but its just too big, and they really didnt make it very tear-down friendly. I bet this will be sitting in your living room for 6 months because you cant get it into the basement :)
Yea I tryed ordering draco when it first came out but it said,,,you guessed it back order. That's a good thing cause it let's the excitement settle down then I wind up saving my hard earned coins. 🤣
WOW! That's crazy! Wish we could get planes there, and we'd TAP that market...it's in desperate need, so is Australia...I think there's a pretty huge regulation issue with lipos too...very unfortunately ;(
I know a lot of people drinking the Kool-Aid on this plane. The only change from the old version is Smart LED’s and it’s yellow. That’s it. It’s still a great plane. If you go to the 3 blade you will in time cook the 70amp ESC in it. 14x9x3 will keep it in range on amps.
This is true, the gauge of wire and the retract it’s self do look to be slightly heavier. The fuselage looks to be slightly different also not really sure on that. But it is a grate plane been waiting for some time to get my hands on another one
I too have waited for this Plane since it was Discontinued the last time, I also waited for you so I could buy from your Link, but I wanted the 50% off Battery Deal before it expired and waited till the Last Day and had to Pre-Order it Direct from Horizon. I also never got the E-Mail for the said Battery Discount Coupon yet. P.S...As far as Us wanting to Watch you "Not Pull Out"...I think that's another Type of Video😛.
Two 6s 6000mAh installed single file flew well and balanced on my past version Z T-28.. But was a tad stressful while landing for I was always afraid the gear would fail from the extra weight, this version I will use two 4000's or 5000s 6s
Btw… I also bought a pair of one click plugs which takes all your servo plugs into one plug. So basically connect one plug per wing when you put it together and you’re ready to go.
Brian I just backordered the 2.0 T28. Look forward to flying it but have a question about the way you use your smart batteries. I see you routinely exceed the recommended flight times and I’m wondering two things: 1) Why do you do that? 2) Does it damage the batteries? Thanks!
Brian, did you measure your cg from the the leading edge by the light and the panel line that you marked it on or where the wing touched the fuselage. The instructions look like I should measure from were the wing touched the fuselage which would put my marks further forward than yours. Can you help clarify this?
It's so nice when you have a smaller field!!! But even with a larger field, it's convenient. On WATER planes, it's a MUST-HAVE...so you can keep from going into weeds and possibly get out of them, when necessary.
Wholly sht what a beautiful beast !!!! 10/10 camera crew !!! and awsum to see Brian's flying skills improving !!! 😉😎ps Did someone steal your power lines 😉
Great flying Brian, I like your videos on all the new models especially this one. I missed out on V1 but not this time. Have one on order for when they arrive in NZ. A really nice bird so cool on the low passed. Great presentation guys!!!! Hey, can you run 8s batteries on it after I take the esc out and run a 160amp just if I want to run a 12s?
Had to choose; FMS A-10 or CZ T-28 FMS A-10 won. I already have the FMS 1400mm red/white T-28 which itself is an awesome flying airplane so my T-28 'fix' is satiated for the time being. Maybe a few months from now when they have them in stock so I can use easy pay from Tower. Or.... Perhaps they will bring back the CZ T-28 in the red/white scheme (which is my favorite for this plane). Are you listening HH?

Brian, maybe you can help me out regarding the CG I made the mistake of using your battery position for placing the battery . I may have been as much as 1/2" further forward. I amusing a G2 6S 5000 50C. I should have done due diligence and checked CG, but I have been usually good using the same battery location as you show in your videos. This was very close to a disaster. My plane was extremely tail heavy, flew badly and I was barely able to get it back on the ground with minor damage. Hit on nose gear and bent strut with no other damage. All blame is on me... Just wondered if you have any thoughts on why the two planes could be so different??? Thanks for great videos!
That's CRAZY! I don't understand why yours was so different??? If you put the battery, same as in the video (or even similar), in the same spot, and the CG is THAT DIFFERENT...you might have a missing ball(s)...yes, there are sometimes BALL or BALLS in between the two halves of the fuse on some planes used as ballast to balance the CG JUST SO. I don't know if there are any on this plane, but I'd say look into the SAME battery SAME place, and see what's up with your CG...if there's a huge disparity, you might give them a call at the factory. FWIW I've always thought the T-28's is VERY forgiving as it pertains to CG.
@@BrianPhillipsRC Finished repair on nose gear. Checked CG with gear up and battery full forward. It was slightly nose heavy. Seemed to be dead on with battery in the middle as you had it. The elevator looks like it is lined up correctly. This is a BNF version. I wonder if they programmed in some throttle / elevator?? I will check for that.
My being interested and I see it is on back order. I use to get geeked about ordering planes now not so much only cause every time I start to order it says Back Order. Now I just waite till they discontinue models. They seem to be more obtainable that way.

Thanks for the plug, and if you need more direct contact, we have our email in the about tab - we check it, but we're slow with it there, sorry!
They could have made this plane so much better by using aluminum shocks landy gear and I hope the paint don't smear off like the Cessna 150 does the red one
Probably....but I CRINGE when I do grass ops. I'd like to see someone plop some spring loaded oleo's on the undercarriage for such an application, or at least go FULL ON PNEUMATIC TIRES...but the shafts are not so wide to take a normal tire without mods.
Hi Brian, have you ever reviewed the Arrows T28 from hobby zone? I don’t know how it works with you and the companies but do you think you’d be able to if you haven’t. Thanks
Hi Brian most of your birds would be all ready be on pre set bind and fly on the 10 nx I think it has 250+ pre set birds but you would have something different and it would a lot longer to go through them all and you will have double on a lot of them cheers Rick
We paid the utility to move them underground. It was ridiculously expensive ($24,263) for the move. It also took 8 months of fighting to get that price, vs their first estimate at over $31,000 they quoted...but mostly ridiculous since we had just paid about $25,000 (of the $35,000 total for the primary service down the street over the same area) a little less than 3.5 years ago (before the project)...which is when they refused to bid the underground service, which is against the tariff that the protected monopoly is supposed to operate under....but the board of utilities said "We had no standing" - and I'm like - How could we NOT have standing? Woohoo.. the NX10 finally revealed!!
That plane is UUUUUUUGGGEE!
Wow, that plane looks rock solid in the air. It's a great video. 👍
it floats! Madness to see such a big bird go so slow. I want one
You are the master of the smooth landings!
What a beautiful plane… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That looks so cool on your driveway/runway. Great vid!
It is finally here! Wow it flies so well! #stayepic ❤❤❤
What a "terrific" flight ! Bryan, love what I see, outstanding model and flight skills, Congrats!

I was shocked to see how well those flew when we first received them at Hobbytown. Great windy day flyers too.
It does look good for a prop plane!
Great video, as always! My C-Z T-28 2.0m has been on backorder since the end of Jan! Getting antsey!
You might be on the first order. This was "early" and might have been a damage one...did you see the box (it was bad)
Oh
My
Gosh... #RcGoals
What a beauty!!! Gotta get my Carbon cub setup and in the air 1st. But, oh my. That T28 👍
I really enjoyed flying this huge T-18 2.0m, cannot wait to get another one
One word "BEAUTIFUL"
What a beautiful yellow plane.
Nice plane and nice video! I have the small T-28 1,1m from E-Flite and she looks nice. This one is a lot bigger but seems to be super cool :)

Great looking plane nice low speed flight good video and review
Great plane, great video! Thank you!
Hard to beat a big beautiful airplane!..🤘🤠
100% When they're good, and BIG - oh boy! This one is no exception!!!

Great flight again, thx.
Stick it to the man. Lol. Give me liberty or give me death. Great video y’all.

Oh but great job on the show. It made me want to get it from you. 🤗

Great video as always. Do you have the link to the Dubro soft tires you got for this? Thank you.
Thanks! We used these tires... bprc.me/CarbonT_T28_SoftTires

Brian, did you measure your cg from the the leading edge by the light and the panel line that you marked it on or where the wing touched the fuselage. A really nice bird so cool on the low passed. Great presentation guys!!!! Hey, can you run 8s batteries on it after I take the esc out and run a 160amp just if I want to run a 12s?
Had to choose; FMS A-10 or CZ T-28

Or....
Perhaps they will bring back the CZ T-28 in the red/white scheme (which is my favorite for this plane).
Are you listening HH?
I agree, I too LOVE the Red/White, and maybe they'll bring back that livery, but you will want the upgrades on this model even if they bring back the Red White ;)
FMS A-10 (twin 70) is also sweeeet!

Hi Brian , which size 3 bladed prop would you recommend
NIIIICE 👌
Which would you rather have and why? Carbon-z cessna 150t or Carbon-z T-28?

Im sorry if im late but what is the correct 3 blade prop for this beast?
You're NOT late. We have the several choices here, waiting on us. We just need to film the mod video, and flight(s), so you guys can see how much current change to expect.

I don't know of this, but would love to see it ;)
Im sorry if I missed it. What happened to the power lines?
Which one do you prefer to fly between this one and the V900?
This one. 1,000%
They could have made this plane so much better by using aluminum shocks landy gear and I hope the paint don't smear off like the Cessna 150 does the red one
yes, they could. I would LOVE to see this bird with more scale retracts, but I am just so happy with how it flies, that it's hard not to love her!

I work in engineering for Silversport Transmissions for tremec and do stuff for Von Gitten Jr. and Cleetus McFarland so trying to do my best to get motion RC to have you help with marketing
We really appreciate the plug William! Do say hi to Wes over at MotionRC, and let him know we'd be happy to get to work ;) Would also love to do something with Cleetus McFarland too - seems like a cool guy! Love his videos, and love when we see BIGGER TH-camrs advancing the hobby!
Ripping Mate!
Hope Your Family and You are Ruling.
