That's amazing well done.. I couldn't walk at first and I used to do like 5 steps then push for 6 steps in end after 1 years I managed walk my Connor to school.. yes it's so easy to over do it.. even if you pay the next day its worth it.. but 3 Isle brilliant but maybe too much to start with start with 1 Isle then jou won't be suffering next day.. I say this and I still over do now .. hugs and you have got this xxx 😘😘
