In March 2021, I developed a chronic illness. I've created this channel to share my continuing journey, as I try to look ahead to the future and come to terms with my 'new normal'.

Aww jess chronic illness is a journey, sometimes we go back 2 steps, but each time we go back them 2 steps it makes us stronger and we go forward 3 steps.. So really your allways making progress..
