- Use & need of neutral in 3 phase induction motor with neutral in VFD, is explained in Hindi in this video tutorial. 3 phase induction motor or traction motor need neutral for fault monitoring purpose in big size system. This reduces the time required to find the fault and also some advance information of fault in some cases in 3 phase motor with neutral. If 3 phase motor has no neutral then fault monitoring is more difficult. Does a motor need neutral? Why neutral required in 3 phase ac motor? explained. If 3 phase motor connected with 3 phase AC supply from VFD has no neutral then fault monitoring is more difficult. If motor is delta connected then this concept will not work.

Sir, mostly motor winding connected in Delta configuration , neutral is not there , than ?
Then this concept will not work or may work in different ways. Motors are specially designed to use these special method. This is a advance technique and not available in normal VFD available in the market.
However, this world is too big, and so many technology are available. So, technology known to us is not the end.

Agar winding delta mey hai, then neutral use nahee ho sakta hai. Lekin jo motor ya kuch aur aap dekhtey or use kartey hai, duniya vahee khatm nahee hoo jaatee hai. Bahut sey product hongey joo humko nahee pata hota hai.
