High voltage in AC supply & neutral wire fault, in Hindi

Over or high voltage in AC power supply and neutral wire due to neutral failure, fault explained in Hindi in this video. The breaking of neutral wire generates a high voltage of 400 volts in place of 220 volts in the house, and also a high voltage appears in the neutral wire in the home is explained.
