I have had them for a while now. Listen, if you swipe vids on your phone in bed in night, you will get your moneys worth. You will not go a day w/o using them before bed, that alone will make them work it especially if you have a Samsung phone with Dex. Your spine will also thank you for it because you can lay relaxed and the audio is outstanding.

I just got the xReal Air Pro 2's. These things are so comfortable that I am now using them on both my work Macbook and my home Macbooks. For my work I use them to project a 3 display setup. It works well with the Nebula app. The Pro 2 also has pretty darn good speakers and microphones, and they work well on MS Teams conference calls.
I saw it in June, I was going to buy it, then got side tracked with other things. Thanks for your lively review Nikias, good as always.
Fantastic video! I actually just ordered a pair and the Xbeam (both arriving next week). Was wondering while you were gaming, if there was any latency? I have a Steamdeck and would love to play on a 130" screen, but hopefully not much latency. Thanks

I had when they first came out and it wasn’t the 2. Had to buy adapter for iPhone because wasn’t compatible with Apple and stop working after 3 days so I sent back
Can I airplay with iPhone or iPad? 🙏
Unfortunately MacOS Sonoma has put a limitation on using more than one virtual screen with any third party product.
Update Nov 23: xReal have fixed this issue in Nebula 🙏
AirPlay does not work with the beam on most apps from iPhone unfortunately

whats your experience with the Beam connected to iPhone? Can you check if You can use Airpods, which your iPhone is connected to Beam?

@@NikiasMolina are you sure? because for example when I'm mirroring my iPhone to my TV then I try to connect Airpods with my iPhone, then it disconnects the wireless connection with the TV.
Again I'm looking for mirroring my iPhone to Beam and the same time I want to connect Airpods to iPhone.
Hi, the Airpods and Beam cannot be connected at the same time because the Airplay doesn't support this kind of use case.

You forgot to mention that the 180 inches you get turns into 330 inches with the beam 🙌🏼
Actually, it's limited to 130 inches unless you have the beam.

@christianmeza4941 they play with those numbers because it doesn't matter how big the screen is when your Field of view is limited (not anyone's fault) and it's at a distance of 4 meters or more up to 10 meters

More honest review: the iphone experience isn’t amazing.
1. You can’t stream netflix, disney, prime, etc.
2. You can only stream youtube and that is a hit or miss experience. Once an ad appears, video stops. You’ll need to stop mirroring and then connect again.
3. Doing the dishes while watching? That’s bs, you don’t need to buy this to know that that is hard to do. Wear a pair of sunglasses then do the dishes. Tell me if that’s a good experience.
I have more to say about why these still have a lot of R&D to do before you can call them amazing.
But these reviewers have to be more honest. 😢😂
Where did you get your info from? I stream anything I want on them. Yes with and iPhone

Take note, reviewer is showing using it with a beam and even said “airplay a movie straight…” he also compared it to the Apple TV which is laughable.
How is your iphone connected to your glasse? The adapter? That is a completely diff experience from what this reviewer is showing.
Xreal devs themselves mentioned that they are still working on software updates.
Hi, the wireless connection cannot work on those streaming apps that have DRM protection. It is not only for XREAL Beam, but for most third-party devices, but they can work under a wired connection.
