    He has some serious understandings about musculoskeletal system and their nuronal control. Pure gold. I have been following lots of his teachings for my weak knees. I had an aclr 1 yr back and was struggling to regain my knee control and strength. His videos helped me thoroughly. Thank you Mr Tim.

    you made my life so much better. I use various exercises of yours, for shoulders and knees especially. some of them I knew by I understood them only with your explanations. I wish you would do a few videos with more strengthening exercises, like the step immediately after finishing rehab. thanks for the engagement!
