I do similar ones with some more modifications like terminal knee extension on a foam roll or towel roll under knee with dorsiflexion against resistance placed just over ankle!!

Hello! Great explanations! I have one question - do you think these exercises might be good for chondromalacia patellaI/II treatment? I'm supposed to focus on quads but noone says specifically that more inner part.. Thank you!
Execellent video , how many reps , sets and how often should they be done say everyday or every second day , thanks.
3-4 times per week so you have a recovery day in between. Aim for 3-4 sets x 10-12 reps per session
