bonjour j,ai connecter 2 kelly 7218s et st avec votre video comme aide mais ils ne s'allume pas j,ai connecter le b+ batterie et le positif rose 7 ensemble puis connecter au positif rose du second controleur mais rien ne s'allume faut il obligatoirement un contacteur clés pour l'allumer car j'ai l'ecran kelly

Hi, you will need an on/off switch ...otherwise the controllers will stay on all the time...and yes you need to connect the B+ and Pink 7 wire to the positive B+ of the battery (add a switch between the battery B+ positive and controller B+ and pink 7 wire). The display has to be turned on from the power button, after you turn on the switch ! Hope this helps, if you have more questions please don't hesitate to contact me ...apologise for late response!
Hi I'm thinking of getting one of these units, what are the bigger "Gold" connectors wrapped in red on the blue green and yellow phase wires? They told me you absolutly must hook in anti surge resistors or you risk frying the controller! Where do you hook them up?

I appreciate the engineering, but how is such high current even rideable?
well you don't have to use the maximum power supplied by the controllers, i use controllers at only 30% front and 40% back...this makes the controllers to keep low temperature and trust me you have enough power to blow your mind while riding it :) please see my other videos related to Zero11X Supra!
why not using 75H motors with 10mm2 wires ?
This video is just as an example…on zero11x supra I used 75H motors with 7AWG wires ! 😊

what motors are those exactly ?, I'm looking to beef up my motors on the extreme bull k6, 13 inch tire
These are 3000W motors 72V, but they are too small for the kelly 7230S ! I just use them in this video as an example only

I’m sure you can! Battery is the most important part of a setup, then controllers and motors.

Hi! It is possible with almoust any scooter, but in order to use this controllers you will have to change the battery and motors as well! It will not be an easy process as many parts will have to be custom made !
Will these work with xiaomi motors like the 500w motor
It will burn the motors so easily! Not suitable! I would recommend you kelly 7212S and even so, those are a bit too powerful for the 500W motor!

Throttle, brake and power line! Please look carefully at this video as I mentioned it!
Does this controller have delay and is it easy to program?
You can set the delay from the software! And yes is very easy to program!

Question: I have a scooter with two motors and two controllers. Each motor has a separate controller. One of them I called master controller, the second one I called idler controller. Thats because the throtlle wires from idler controller joins to master controller throttle wires only with two wires ( negative and signal). So, anyway, If one of these controllers suddenly breaks, burns or got disconnected, the second one gonna power its corresponding motor? Or maybe it depends what controller breaks Master or Idler ?
If master controller breaks then the scooter will not work, if the secondary controller will break …the master will still work!
@@etorrosltd That means that probably I have first case scenario. My scooter doesn't work. O maybe now I should buy Kelly controllers.

@@etorrosltd I'm from Los Angeles. I built custom monster scooter from scratch to drive on beach sand with two 20 inch ATV tires. It was great to drive it a year or more, then it broke. I think about updating it for more powerful motors and controllers.
