The color and consistency of your first nougat reminds me of Turkish halvah, but it's made very differently. I will try yours soon. The other two are also interesting. I will definitely be trying all of them.

Yes. In India there is similar sweet prepared from peanuts.We called it as "Shengdana burfi".Only difference is that instead of eggs and hunny we use "besan" ies horsegram floor and ghee ies butter oil.

Yeah i did grow up with 32 different types of x-mas cookie's and home made caramel 😂😂 do i actually eat this as a adult? Nope only 3 of them i will eat 🤣🤣 not that the other 29 type tast bad because they are just as good so i am really difficult in this x-mas cake/cookie's/candy! I basically do not like the marzipan you buy too! Because i did learn to make it my self 😘 so when you are changing your x- mas candy i do get really happy 😁😁😁😁
