A long time ago, I used to make homemade chocolates. Perhaps I'll do it again someday after I retire. It's very enjoyable but hugely time consuming! The chocolates in this video are works of art!
You can use cream instead of milk and at that stage add rum, brandy etc to flavour. Don’t forget these need to be kept cool ( not fridge or they will become wet) before gifting and will last about 20-12 days. 🐶🇬🇧. Been a chocolatier for 35 yrs. 🍫

I have used compound chocolate, but you can use whatever chocolate you like for chocolate truffles

You need to buy some yellow dust that is for cakes, I bought it in the supermarket. Then you mix 2 parts cocoa powder with 1 part gold dust. You put your chocolate-covered truffle in and put the lid on. Shake the boxes carefully and here you are a fine chocolate truffle with gold
