I think he may already know all 3 are going to... I wont say other than it has a U in it and starts with a P. Purderdine maybe? But he is being kind and patient though with the reporter. I wish he were going to IU.

Unfortunately, very likely Purdue bound. Insider info. Prototypical Matt Painter player.
    You heard it here first.
    Sorry, JC.

I could care less where any player goes. I just cover it. But unless Trent or his father has told you something directly, there is no "inside information" as of this moment. I do believe that this is a two-horse race between Purdue and Indiana and I can also confidently say that Matt Painter has out-recruited Woody so far on Sisley, but there are a lot of factors that will go into his decision. I can give you equal reasons for him going to either at his point in time. Purdue is still currently over the limit on schollys, which means another current Boilermaker on scholarship will need to leave, and that's after already politely pushing Mason Gillis and Ethan Morton out the door to make room for the 6 incoming freshman in their '24 class. Looking ahead, that means the majority of Purdue's team will be underclassmen in '25'-26.

@@IndianaSportsBeatRadio Good job at the weekend AAU Event. Those get to be pretty long days. Especially on Sunday. Keep up the good work.

@@pecanpize8199 Thank you my friend. I cannot lie, I am worn out with no end in sight. It was a busy enough end to the season with all of the different tournaments in this area. Then it got busier and hasn't slowed down. I'll be covering the Derby and doing shows from Churchill Downs this weekend, more AAU events, a little race called the Indy 500, and then the All-Star week in June. After that I am going into the witness protection program.

@@IndianaSportsBeatRadio Yeah. Those weekend AAU Events are a grind…man. Back in the old days, I’d do the Spiece Run N Slam, NIKE (when it was in Indy), Bob Pryor’s Events, and many, many more. Great memories. Too old now. I’m washed up. But I got to know a lot of good people and coaches and I’m grateful for that.
Will you be doing a live on-location post-game for IU Football like you and The Toddfather do for IU Basketball? If so, I’ll come down, introduce myself, and buy your food and a couple rounds. Otherwise, I’ll wait and do it for an IU Basketball Game. I believe I know lots of people that you and Todd know.
      All the best…
