      @@tigerpride736 Yessir. They have a hydrating system in the car to have a quick drink when needed but sometimes (not often) that will malfunction as well and make it just a little bit harder to stay hydrated while enduring those high temps. There's lots of strain on the neck so racecar drivers go through plenty neck training exercises, G-Forces tests and stuff to keep them in shape for raceday. But a lot of people don't like many Motorsports because they only see cars driving and the drivers make it look easy sometimes so that doesn't help. But they don't see the whole picture on how dangerous and crazy it is.

    I think he has a heart condition because John Stockton never sweat and his heart beat like 34 bpm. He probably has a super fast heart rate as well as a sensitivity to omega 3's which regulate sweating and the organs, etc. He's probably omega 3 deficient as well as a fast heart. I'm willing to wager his diet sucks and he has poor eating habits. Cramps are symptom of Magnesium or Potassium deficiency. He might be eating too many anti-nutrients preventing their absorbtion, otherwise. It could be a digestive issue.

    • @jayfizz545
      @jayfizz545 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I struggled with extreme cramps my whole athletic career even up to D1 ball, some peoples bodies are just working against them. Antinutrients are in bread, vegetables and nuts which are “healthy foods” so what would you change at that point?

    • @FromcClevelandWithLove
      @FromcClevelandWithLove 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jayfizz545 it’s more genetics and how the body works then anything everybody is different but you probably have the best answer I have seen so far because I know for a fact they have team meals alot and I’m pretty sure they know what they’re feeding him (Zion didn’t wait then become a big problem until he got in the nba where it’s more free will) it’s his body because they will be going through puberty for all we know your body is constantly changing and adjusting could be temporary or last

    • @jayfizz545
      @jayfizz545 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@FromcClevelandWithLove Agreed, the way our bodies are constantly changing it could get worse or better eventually. I think my genetics of being so muscular just didn't go hand in hand with my potassium and magnesium deficiency and a lot of the treatments for this cause other problems i.e. pickle juice which rose my blood pressure to dangerous levels

    • @maskcollector6949
      @maskcollector6949 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jayfizz545 Check out going Keto/Low-carb. I learned a lot about it from Dr. Berg. I can't digest fiber or carbs properly without falling asleep like a Sumo. Anybody who is hypoglycemic or struggles converting carbs into sugar is best avoiding these types of foods. Glyphosate is probably the worst one of all, and actually from what I've heard uncooked tomato has a lot of oxalic acid in it (I've been cooking it more, I still eat it raw some in salsa). Eat a lot of Salmon and organic leafy greens, just focus on Omega-3 rich foods and a high fat diet. "The Dose makes the poison." - I don't follow a diet perfectly I just listen to my body and follow my intuition. Antinutrients end up raising more questions than answering for now, we don't know enough. I'd just take one food at a time and make sure you get all of the essential amino acids and a lot of anti-oxidants. To my understanding a high anti-oxidant diet is the direct counter for anti-nutrients, so berries and stuff. A lot of people likely have a mild food allergy(ies) that they aren't aware of, I still think some anti-nutrients behave the same across the board. Anti-inflammatory foods like spices(anti-oxidants) seem to help foods digest, for me. Just get accustomed to spicing things.

    • @maskcollector6949
      @maskcollector6949 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jayfizz545 Too low of fat causes your organs to start eating themselves eventually, too. Being underweight (not enough fat) ends up playing against oneself more often than not. Your body will use it's own muscles first. Too much saline isn't a proper solution for magnesium deficiency and pickle juice is more of a "here and there" solution if you aren't already low in electrolytes. I take Calm (powdered magnesium) as needed and I'd look into that if I were you. Just make sure it's unflavored, and react it yourself. There's also night/day time varieties. Adding boiling water to it makes it fizz up and react=makes it digestible. I'd venture to say heated foods/soups help with digestion. Been trying to crack the code for some time. Just know magnesium behaves as a laxative if you get too much but right below that threshold is the ideal amount to take. Too much potassium can be dangerous for the heart, so I tend to focus on eating potassium rich foods as needed. If I'm cramping, I'll grab a banana. Switching my diet to include more real (glass bottle) olive (or fish oil capsules) oil helps cause Omega 3's regulate the whole body's systems. Most people are deficient in magnesium regardless of their ancestries, farming techniques are far more impactful than genetics. Spinach is just 1/5 as nutritious as in the 50's and that's what they taught us like 20 years ago. Crop rotation depletes the nutrients without replacing them fully, it's unsustainable because there's no canopy creating more nutrients anymore and humans are out of alignment with nature in general. In other words, even if you eat well - you might be malnourished. Not one to act like that's not been part of the plan ever since the food pyramid, though. FDA food pyramid is practically Hitler's diet recommendation during the Holocaust - and Fluoride in water is the worst anti-nutrient since those times to come out and somehow remain. Ban fluoride from your drinking water and get it clean somehow. There's a cool company online called invigorated water that i've used before. So far that's the best I've found in terms of filtering/energizing water. Electron deficiency is going to be more important in the future (standing 10 seconds barefoot on grass helps) or grabbing a running faucet. Water will be more commonly electrolyzed and charged with electrons in the future. To me you were getting too much salt in your body before and it raised your blood pressure. Usually people don't get enough electrolytes, so you're probably still doing a sports drink or an electrolyte rich diet on top of this which likely set it over the top. It's possible you process them differently, too, everyone is unique. I'd just keep an eye on your electrolyte levels cause usually you deplete/gain levels faster if you're sensitive to it: they apparently digest very quickly especially considering they tend to help the body with everything else. Too much water kills you, too.
