Sometimes, after a few glasses of wine, I will go on a rant about how Lover is her best album because I feel like it was when she truly came into herself after the trauma of the haters period??? Love it to the moon and to Saturn.
Lover is my favorite, however, I get why is not everyone's favorite. A good happy relationship is rare, and less people can relate to that feeling vs how many relate to heartbrake. And sadly, the polical views sided a lot of people.

The only songs I don’t like are the singles and I swear everyone says they hate it solely bc of those two songs. Lover is my 3rd fav album. Cornelia street, DBATC, false god, I think he knows, the archer, daylight, the man, miss Americana, I could literally go on and on… tbh I think the lover songs (besides the singles) are better than majority of the songs on 1989. The only 1989 song I really love is Clean and the bonus tracks. But I guess it’s obvious, it’s number 3 in my ranking so IMO the songs are overall better than the songs on the albums I rank below it 😂
Also GIRL the “shade” lyric is genius! It’s a parallel to lover. “Lived in the shade you were throwing til all of my sunshine was gone.” - I forgot you existed “Sit quiet by my side in the shade - and not the kind that’s thrown, I mean the kind under where a tree has grown.” - Paris She’s showing how her view of shade went from her thinking negatively about the horrible things people and the media were saying to thinking positively about spending quality time with Joe. It’s actually one of my favorite lyrics from the entire midnights album.

I'm 50/50 with surprise albums. The feeling when she's announced a rerecord but I have to wait I absolutely hate. I know what the songs sound like so I just want it be released straight away so I can enjoy the new versions instead of this massive build up. But when it's an actual new album I love the excitement of waiting and hearing everyones theories on what genre it will be, what the songs will be called, what the theme will be, what the album cover will look like, what the themes will be etc. It's so fun.
Okay so: -reputation: I truly hope we get this later because it’s the most recent (unowned) album of hers -1989: even though midnights is so big I think we can agree that this album changed Taylor’s career and life in a way we still can’t comprehend -Speak Now: I’d actually love for her to release this as her last re-record because she wrote this all by herself and in a way this is truly claiming the skill she’s most known for-her songwriting (storytelling). In many ways I think her entire career even currently is simply her speaking out about whatever is most important to her. -debut: I’m honestly don’t know when she’ll release this but I’m with you that she shouldn’t release it as her last rerecord.
As far as I know, speak now and 1989 have been teased to be her next re-records 1989 was teased in the 'atw: the short film' because the car they were driving was a 1989 model, and speak now was teased in the bejewled music video on the elevator scene, every button color meant a different album and she pressed the button 3 which was purple, there were 13 buttons each color with a re-release appeared twice and the purple button appeared twice, I live for these kind of easter eggs
I feel like like her first album is going to be last because it just isn't that popular it doesn't make sense. You see taylor swift as a business woman and it wouldn't make sense money wise.
Now that we know speak now is next, I think 1989 will be after speak now, then debut, then rep. Let’s not forget she wasn’t even allowed to start re-recording rep until this past November, so the likelihood that it won’t come last is low.

"sit quiet by my side in hte shade" lyric is one of my favourites, its clearly a throwback to the rep/lover era and iLVOE it. its supposed to feel dated imo bc midnights is like a reflection on her life. but one of my unpopular oppinions is that i dont see the hype around Red, i love some of the songs in it ofc but not many of them stick out, it felt more of a transition between her older stuff to her 1989 stuff.

Objectively, All Too Well is her best work. especially the 10-minute version! Subjectively, it's far from being my favorite song from her. I will always respect it, but I would rather listen to her other works I'm the most excited for the Taylor's version for 1989!! Then, debut. I want to hear taylor's matured voice on those tracks!! Then reputation, it's recent, but the vault tracks are a need!!!!!!!! And lastly, Speak Now.. I have nothing against it, it's just the one I can resist longer without 😅 But I reaaaally can't wait for Haunted Taylor's version

100% agree that reputation should be the last re-recording. I’ve been saying that since she announced she was gonna be re-recording the albums. I also don’t want any of the Taylor’s versions to be surprise drops. I need at least a 2 week notice. I like surprise drops but not when the album is gonna be 26+ songs long. I need time to mentally prepare. Also wanted to let you know Taylor has a concert every Weekend when tour starts except the weekend of April 7th, maybe that’s when we’re getting speak now tv cause I don’t see her releasing it on a day where she has a concert.
Agree, Reputatuin is also the album where her vocals got alot stronger and clearer, like the ballads on Fearless sounds so amazing with her older voice. Reputation will sound exactly the same but I bet the vault tracks are amazing. I want Speak Now NOW lol

Not gonna lie when Lover first came out in 2019 I only listened to the mainstream songs and didn't really care for it as an era BUT now thanks to the Eras tour a few years later in 2023 I have come to appreciate the era a lot more and even enjoy more of the lesser-known tracks! It is now in my top 5 favorite eras!

The double album I want is for Reputation (a dark vs light iteration). Before Reputation was released, I was convinced she was releasing a double album, one more bad bitch and the other more angelic love. And upon listening to the album, she totally could’ve done so. There are two totally different vibes on that album. Love Reputation btw!! I’d be in heaven for her to have enough vault tracks to do so. Although, I heard that 1989 has the most vault tracks. What do you think are the songs in speak that she won't be able to re record as good as the old version? I'm thinking songs like dear John or enchanted. Because the emotion or the pain she felt then is still fresh so it's an added factor to the way she sings it. The thing with the flops in the recordings is it's either the sounds or some songs are just better with her young voice. On the other note, I imagine hard banging songs like haunted or the story of us would sound soo amazing with her mature voice.

Some of my unpopular opinions: 1. I don't want Speak Now (Taylor's Version) be the next re-recording - I absolutely love Speak Now and i can't wait for it but after Midnights i need a pop album, 1989 or Reputation must be next. I want Reputation, when you really think about it both sonically and aesthetically Midnights and Rep are sisters and i need to hear them back to back. 2. I hope she slightly changes lyrics in Innocent - to YOU'RE NOT INNOCENT and in bridge NOW IT'S TOO LATE TO BE BRAND NEW and also some stuff in verses, i just want her to flip the whole narrative of it. 3. I personally don't listen to stolen versions of re-recordings but if she changes something about Better Than Revenge i'll be listening to OG version, i don't care, feminism can go to trash for 4 minutes - this song is perfection and even slightest change in lyrics will completely destroy it for me. 4. I personally think that only re-recordings weaker than originals are WANEGBT, 22 and IKYWT - all others sounds better or just as good as originals. 5. I think after re-recordings she'll give us Lover's vault, the sad thing about it is that it won't be earlier than 2025 6. The ''And Friends'' will haunt me for the rest of my life but i hope one of them was Selena. She just released Rare and she said that she'd love to go on full big tour but she's mentally not ready yet - because Lover Fest was quite short, like around only 20-ish dates, this would work very good for her and she would also has her best friend with her whole time to support her.
I have the exact same thoughts about number 4. The big three pop singles from Red sound the most different. And I do think the originals sound slightly better than the re-records. But I still enjoy the re-records, mostly IKYWT. Original WANEGBT original has more layered vocals in the chorus, which I prefer, and 22 just sounds COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The guitar riff in the background in the chorus of the re-record is almost nonexistent. And that’s what I love about the original version of 22.

I agree....I don't know why it took me years to really feel reputation....because I guess I couldn't really see through and make myself listen to it in peace because I already had this image of it being a diss album and I just didn't feel it...but once I did, it's been my favorite album ever since....I think it's just such a full circle album and it has (according to me) some of her if not her best love songs till date..... ❤️ And I agree it should be her last re recording because 'saving the best for the last' 💓 Also, I am pretty sure Taylor has like at least 2 unreleased albums ready and on hold with her at all times (Karma 😹 and also considering how productive she is and writes poems on her daily commute 😂😭) so she is always a hundred steps ahead of us, Swifties and that's why her Easter eggs timelines are so unreal ✨ Secondly, the lyric from Paris... I always listen to albums top to bottom. I did it with Red TV (didn't listen to ATW 10MV until it was its turn) so you better believe I'm going to do the same with Speak Now TV. Now... I'm convinced that if she's going to surprise drop any of the rerecordings, it's going to be Speak Now TV. Yes, because of "drop everything now". On the other hand. With Fearless and Red she gave us months to prepare, decode the vault tracks, released songs before we got the whole thing (1989 too) so I think she'll continue to do so for the rest of the albums!
Can’t remember if I’ve commented this on another video but war metaphors in lyrics really don’t work for me, Great War is my skip from midnights and the line about a soldier returning half her weight takes me out of ATW 10 minute version every time. Idk like heartbreak is horrible and tragic and I’m not trying to belittle someone’s feelings but the comparison to the experience of war just makes me cringe a bit.

In response to the points in this video, because I love talking about Taylor even if it's late. I love the idea of debut being last for sure and I would agree with the reputation opinion but she has definitely changed vocally since then even. The order is genius to me: regaining her sparkle and fame (fearless), her heart (red), her mind and emotions (speak now), her birth year (1989), her reputation, and finally, her name. Before TV came out, I was indifferent to the possibility of a change, more caring if she was going to mess up the flow like most censored songs do. After release, I actually hate the old line because how much better the new line is. The yellow is bad fr. That is a true statement about Paris, very low on the list because of that line. 112 theory comes to mind when you mention the Easter egg shenanigans. I wish we didn't have to wait so long for the albums, like the almost 3 months before 1989 TV is driving me crazy. A month or so is just fine though. I completely agree with your points about double albums and how fast we go through her content. I agree with the OR and CG thing. If they end up on anything, they should be on a new album with a new sound. But really I think it'd be best if they were in a music video or something. Wildest Dreams is kind of not in my top songs at all it's just not my vibe anymore, same boat as Enchanted. I wouldn't mind any particular photos for albums but if reputation or debut show up with the wrong colors I will scream. Give me the horribly photoshopped river stream from debut. Speaking of which, I feel like the singles from debut are superior to Fearless singles, but Fearless also has Tell Me Why, You're Not Sorry, and That's When. Those trample Debut any day, even with the album being more cohesive in good quality in comparison to Fearless. I can't believe you predicted Sabrina Carpenter lmao but I also don't know anyone else on your list except Rascal Flats which I don't really think would work because they are too different of a vibe for the show. I think she would keep sending vaults now but not as soon as they get leaked or something, perhaps further down the line when she can't produce as much as she used to or something I'm not sure but I am sure she would like to sell as much of her music as she can because she is a business woman. I was most excited for Haunted and whatever the vaults were going to be when SNTV came out and I honestly mostly only listen to the vaults and a few others now they are so good. I loved that Grammys dress the most it's so elegant, not too flashy, and weirdly modest? Which I don't mean everyone should always cover up but considering how often she and most celebrities nowadays wear skin revealing outfits it's just so pretty to look at a more conservative outfit. Poor Harry with the turntables. Those people were so professional about that. I don't really like when she mashes songs together, each song is its own story and its hard for me to enjoy the mix. As much as I like that Taylor gets recognized for her work, it can be very discouraging if she is nominated for so many categories and awards to other artists and I want more variety in music, so I'm so glad to hear when she loses sometimes because it proves that the industry wants to celebrate all artists not just everyone's favorite right now. I'm going to say You're On Your Own Kid because that song singlehandedly changed our fandom and completely describes Taylor's journey and that's more than those other two ever did (bops on their own though.) I expected once I heard it was all albums to only be singles and I'm so glad she did more than that for folklore and evermore (which I know a lot of people are mad about because they wanted more from her other eras, especially speak now which I'm so sad only has two songs because really? but also hearing only cardigan and willow would have killed me because they are so new. I think 3 per album would've been perfectly fine to me. I kinda hated the red set because I kinda hate the red singles. I heard Holy Ground come out of the box and got hopeful only to be crushed by Taylor's heel, also hate ATW10MV so there's that) There's too many wine related lines for me to say that I have a problem with her drinking. If she pulls up disheveled or makes a ruckus somewhere, then I'll worry. I agree with Reputation on that, but it's also tied with 1989. I just don't feel any difference in the currently out 1989TV songs and really the only song from that that will sound different is Clean. Reputation needs to pull inspiration from the live performances or I'm going to be very disappointed. More interested in Rep vaults because of Karma than I am 1989TV. Debut will be superior, I'm personally also hoping for the Beautiful Eyes Ep exclusives, specifically I Heart? and like you mentioned, I'd Lie. The songs I wanted and needed improved are mostly all songs where I feel she was too young to get the notes quite right (TTWILY and F&A from Fearless, Dear John, Haunted). I'm personally in love with the new Girl at Home (not that the old one was bad) but any song like that that could get a genre shift I think she should let happen. LWYMMD for sure needs more involved instrumentals. I personally like how personal the Midnights album feels, not just to Taylor but to everyone, so I mostly don't care who they are about. Skipping Harry Styles and jumping directly into shitting on All Too Well. It's not a BAD song, but overplayed and overly worshipped for sure. Bleachella was bad at the Grammys but the street photos were fire. I just don't like how it was styled at the Grammys. Lover deserved better, and the footage that I've seen from Loverfest makes me glad that it didn't get that because it felt like a trashy Ren fair rip. I don't want to ask Taylor anything I just would show her a photo or phone call of my cat so i could say my cat met her too. Lover the album is SO GOOD but the singles ARE NOT. Me! is a fine single but definitely shouldn't have been the first. Also some of her outfits and color combos were like rainbow vomit. If she kept it more pink and cutesy I think it would have been recieved better. The Man was the best video single and the best single was Archer. If she did The man, Archer lyric video, You Need to Calm Down, Lover, then Me! that probably would've fixed it. She just opened with her worst. That's all that problem is. Bro the Taylor they picked for Eras Merch is awful. It's literally the worst fit they could've chosen. I think maybe the Lavender Haze music video with the purple fuzz jacket would've been better, even if it probably wasn't out at the time. Awful, awful, awful marketing for that. Pop girlies scare me, Speak Now is wonderful. I think it has the strongest set of singles from her country albums, and I just don't understand that person. Some of the slower songs I get but Story of Us, Better Than Revenge, and Sparks Fly should be part of their conscious. I think if you go like twice, its fine, but its the crazy people who went to like 8 or 9 showings and I'm sorry but it doesn't change enough each show for you to need to do that. It's not even about others, it's the insanity in going to so many showings of the SAME CONCERT. Just look up the surprise songs girlie. I don't think anyone should be pressured to sell their tickets but fuck you specifically to the asses that are making up a whole percentage in the revenue for this tour because you think you should see every single show. You're rich and dumb, please be stupid enough to give me money, not Taylor for your 37th show. 5 is like max and only if you were part of the Nashville rain and you want to go to one that's not going to make you wait for three hours in a crowded soggy room. This is gonna come off as gatekeeping to some but I'm going to stick to this: multiple is fine, many is excessive.

Haven't finished the video yet, have so many things to say but i would love to see Harry perform the correct version of the As It Was Grammy performance because it sounded so good and the part where he got back in and danced with the dancer felt so emotional. i'm sure it would be one of the best performances of the night.
My unpopular opinion is that I like “All Too Well” five minute version better than 10 minute version. It sort of like what you mentioned in the video. That’s the one that I’ve listened to or and over again for a decade. That’s the one I fell in love with. Sure, hearing all the details of that relationship is nice, but the less detailed version allows me to make it more mine, and less about her and Jake. I’m also mad that in the 10 minute version and in the re-recording of the 5 minute version, she didn’t say “shyou remember it all” like she does in the original recording.
I also like the shorter version. Taylor should have just played the 5 minute version and add Sparks Fly or Getaway car to the setlist in the Eras Tour..
I absolutely love Innocent because it reflects Taylor's character at 19 way more than it says anything about Kanye. I think it's huge that at that young of an age, she was able to be the bigger person and be mature and forgive him. Obviously, he didn't deserve it but I hate that people dismiss the song purely because of who it's written about. We all know how insanely incredible Dear John and Would've, Could've, Should've are but no one dismisses those songs even though John Mayer is a horrendous person too.
UGH i know it really does show how much of a caring, bigger person she was even at that age, i just wish i could disconnect it from him in my mind. he's so incredibly harmful with his anti-semitic views that he loudly and proudly shares, i find it hard to listen to a song about how he deserves more chances etc
i think the difference is because WCS is about how it affected her and is speaking on how negative the situation is, whereas innocent is about forgiving this man who unfortunately went on to do many worse things

Lover is my favorite, however, I get why is not everyone's favorite. A good happy relationship is rare, and less people can relate to that feeling vs how many relate to heartbrake. And sadly, the polical views sided a lot of people.

The only songs I don’t like are the singles and I swear everyone says they hate it solely bc of those two songs. Lover is my 3rd fav album. Cornelia street, DBATC, false god, I think he knows, the archer, daylight, the man, miss Americana, I could literally go on and on… tbh I think the lover songs (besides the singles) are better than majority of the songs on 1989. The only 1989 song I really love is Clean and the bonus tracks. But I guess it’s obvious, it’s number 3 in my ranking so IMO the songs are overall better than the songs on the albums I rank below it 😂

I'm 50/50 with surprise albums. The feeling when she's announced a rerecord but I have to wait I absolutely hate. I know what the songs sound like so I just want it be released straight away so I can enjoy the new versions instead of this massive build up. But when it's an actual new album I love the excitement of waiting and hearing everyones theories on what genre it will be, what the songs will be called, what the theme will be, what the album cover will look like, what the themes will be etc. It's so fun.

-reputation: I truly hope we get this later because it’s the most recent (unowned) album of hers
-1989: even though midnights is so big I think we can agree that this album changed Taylor’s career and life in a way we still can’t comprehend
-Speak Now: I’d actually love for her to release this as her last re-record because she wrote this all by herself and in a way this is truly claiming the skill she’s most known for-her songwriting (storytelling). In many ways I think her entire career even currently is simply her speaking out about whatever is most important to her.
-debut: I’m honestly don’t know when she’ll release this but I’m with you that she shouldn’t release it as her last rerecord.
As far as I know, speak now and 1989 have been teased to be her next re-records 1989 was teased in the 'atw: the short film' because the car they were driving was a 1989 model, and speak now was teased in the bejewled music video on the elevator scene, every button color meant a different album and she pressed the button 3 which was purple, there were 13 buttons each color with a re-release appeared twice and the purple button appeared twice, I live for these kind of easter eggs
I feel like like her first album is going to be last because it just isn't that popular it doesn't make sense. You see taylor swift as a business woman and it wouldn't make sense money wise.
Now that we know speak now is next, I think 1989 will be after speak now, then debut, then rep. Let’s not forget she wasn’t even allowed to start re-recording rep until this past November, so the likelihood that it won’t come last is low.

Not gonna lie when Lover first came out in 2019 I only listened to the mainstream songs and didn't really care for it as an era BUT now thanks to the Eras tour a few years later in 2023 I have come to appreciate the era a lot more and even enjoy more of the lesser-known tracks! It is now in my top 5 favorite eras!

The double album I want is for Reputation (a dark vs light iteration). Before Reputation was released, I was convinced she was releasing a double album, one more bad bitch and the other more angelic love. And upon listening to the album, she totally could’ve done so. There are two totally different vibes on that album. Love Reputation btw!! I’d be in heaven for her to have enough vault tracks to do so.

I remember hearing "Call It What You Want" after "LWYMMD" (before the album dropped) & convinced myself she was dropping a double bc they sound COMPLETELY opposite of one another.
I am so late to this party, but I LOVE the idea of Debut followed by Rep. Like first, gets her name back THEN she gets her reputation back. Thats how I've envisioned the lineup of re-records as well. ❤

What do you think are the songs in speak that she won't be able to re record as good as the old version? I'm thinking songs like dear John or enchanted. Because the emotion or the pain she felt then is still fresh so it's an added factor to the way she sings it. The thing with the flops in the recordings is it's either the sounds or some songs are just better with her young voice. On the other note, I imagine hard banging songs like haunted or the story of us would sound soo amazing with her mature voice.

Some of my unpopular opinions:
1. I don't want Speak Now (Taylor's Version) be the next re-recording - I absolutely love Speak Now and i can't wait for it but after Midnights i need a pop album, 1989 or Reputation must be next. I want Reputation, when you really think about it both sonically and aesthetically Midnights and Rep are sisters and i need to hear them back to back.
2. I hope she slightly changes lyrics in Innocent - to YOU'RE NOT INNOCENT and in bridge NOW IT'S TOO LATE TO BE BRAND NEW and also some stuff in verses, i just want her to flip the whole narrative of it.
3. I personally don't listen to stolen versions of re-recordings but if she changes something about Better Than Revenge i'll be listening to OG version, i don't care, feminism can go to trash for 4 minutes - this song is perfection and even slightest change in lyrics will completely destroy it for me.
4. I personally think that only re-recordings weaker than originals are WANEGBT, 22 and IKYWT - all others sounds better or just as good as originals.
5. I think after re-recordings she'll give us Lover's vault, the sad thing about it is that it won't be earlier than 2025
6. The ''And Friends'' will haunt me for the rest of my life but i hope one of them was Selena. She just released Rare and she said that she'd love to go on full big tour but she's mentally not ready yet - because Lover Fest was quite short, like around only 20-ish dates, this would work very good for her and she would also has her best friend with her whole time to support her.
I have the exact same thoughts about number 4. The big three pop singles from Red sound the most different. And I do think the originals sound slightly better than the re-records. But I still enjoy the re-records, mostly IKYWT. Original WANEGBT original has more layered vocals in the chorus, which I prefer, and 22 just sounds COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The guitar riff in the background in the chorus of the re-record is almost nonexistent. And that’s what I love about the original version of 22.

I agree....I don't know why it took me years to really feel reputation....because I guess I couldn't really see through and make myself listen to it in peace because I already had this image of it being a diss album and I just didn't feel it...but once I did, it's been my favorite album ever since....I think it's just such a full circle album and it has (according to me) some of her if not her best love songs till date..... ❤️ And I agree it should be her last re recording because 'saving the best for the last' 💓 Also, I am pretty sure Taylor has like at least 2 unreleased albums ready and on hold with her at all times (Karma 😹 and also considering how productive she is and writes poems on her daily commute 😂😭) so she is always a hundred steps ahead of us, Swifties and that's why her Easter eggs timelines are so unreal ✨

I always listen to albums top to bottom. I did it with Red TV (didn't listen to ATW 10MV until it was its turn) so you better believe I'm going to do the same with Speak Now TV.
Now... I'm convinced that if she's going to surprise drop any of the rerecordings, it's going to be Speak Now TV. Yes, because of "drop everything now". On the other hand. With Fearless and Red she gave us months to prepare, decode the vault tracks, released songs before we got the whole thing (1989 too) so I think she'll continue to do so for the rest of the albums!
Can’t remember if I’ve commented this on another video but war metaphors in lyrics really don’t work for me, Great War is my skip from midnights and the line about a soldier returning half her weight takes me out of ATW 10 minute version every time. Idk like heartbreak is horrible and tragic and I’m not trying to belittle someone’s feelings but the comparison to the experience of war just makes me cringe a bit.

In response to the points in this video, because I love talking about Taylor even if it's late.
I love the idea of debut being last for sure and I would agree with the reputation opinion but she has definitely changed vocally since then even.
The order is genius to me: regaining her sparkle and fame (fearless), her heart (red), her mind and emotions (speak now), her birth year (1989), her reputation, and finally, her name.
Before TV came out, I was indifferent to the possibility of a change, more caring if she was going to mess up the flow like most censored songs do. After release, I actually hate the old line because how much better the new line is.

I think she would keep sending vaults now but not as soon as they get leaked or something, perhaps further down the line when she can't produce as much as she used to or something I'm not sure but I am sure she would like to sell as much of her music as she can because she is a business woman.
I was most excited for Haunted and whatever the vaults were going to be when SNTV came out and I honestly mostly only listen to the vaults and a few others now they are so good.
I loved that Grammys dress the most it's so elegant, not too flashy, and weirdly modest? Which I don't mean everyone should always cover up but considering how often she and most celebrities nowadays wear skin revealing outfits it's just so pretty to look at a more conservative outfit.
Poor Harry with the turntables. Those people were so professional about that.
I don't really like when she mashes songs together, each song is its own story and its hard for me to enjoy the mix.
As much as I like that Taylor gets recognized for her work, it can be very discouraging if she is nominated for so many categories and awards to other artists and I want more variety in music, so I'm so glad to hear when she loses sometimes because it proves that the industry wants to celebrate all artists not just everyone's favorite right now.

The lower it is the less songs total I liked, not necessarily that nothing was good about them (TTWAS is EVERYTHING, but also it's not the whole folklore album you know?)
I'm going to say You're On Your Own Kid because that song singlehandedly changed our fandom and completely describes Taylor's journey and that's more than those other two ever did (bops on their own though.)
I expected once I heard it was all albums to only be singles and I'm so glad she did more than that for folklore and evermore (which I know a lot of people are mad about because they wanted more from her other eras, especially speak now which I'm so sad only has two songs because really? but also hearing only cardigan and willow would have killed me because they are so new. I think 3 per album would've been perfectly fine to me. I kinda hated the red set because I kinda hate the red singles. I heard Holy Ground come out of the box and got hopeful only to be crushed by Taylor's heel, also hate ATW10MV so there's that)
There's too many wine related lines for me to say that I have a problem with her drinking. If she pulls up disheveled or makes a ruckus somewhere, then I'll worry.
I agree with Reputation on that, but it's also tied with 1989. I just don't feel any difference in the currently out 1989TV songs and really the only song from that that will sound different is Clean. Reputation needs to pull inspiration from the live performances or I'm going to be very disappointed. More interested in Rep vaults because of Karma than I am 1989TV. Debut will be superior, I'm personally also hoping for the Beautiful Eyes Ep exclusives, specifically I Heart? and like you mentioned, I'd Lie.
The songs I wanted and needed improved are mostly all songs where I feel she was too young to get the notes quite right (TTWILY and F&A from Fearless, Dear John, Haunted). I'm personally in love with the new Girl at Home (not that the old one was bad) but any song like that that could get a genre shift I think she should let happen. LWYMMD for sure needs more involved instrumentals.
I personally like how personal the Midnights album feels, not just to Taylor but to everyone, so I mostly don't care who they are about.

Bleachella was bad at the Grammys but the street photos were fire. I just don't like how it was styled at the Grammys.
I listen to some non TV songs, but not very often (besides the nonrecorded versions). Mostly to laugh at baby fearless Taylor.
Lover deserved better, and the footage that I've seen from Loverfest makes me glad that it didn't get that because it felt like a trashy Ren fair rip.
I don't want to ask Taylor anything I just would show her a photo or phone call of my cat so i could say my cat met her too.
Lover the album is SO GOOD but the singles ARE NOT. Me! is a fine single but definitely shouldn't have been the first. Also some of her outfits and color combos were like rainbow vomit. If she kept it more pink and cutesy I think it would have been recieved better. The Man was the best video single and the best single was Archer. If she did The man, Archer lyric video, You Need to Calm Down, Lover, then Me! that probably would've fixed it. She just opened with her worst. That's all that problem is.
Bro the Taylor they picked for Eras Merch is awful. It's literally the worst fit they could've chosen. I think maybe the Lavender Haze music video with the purple fuzz jacket would've been better, even if it probably wasn't out at the time. Awful, awful, awful marketing for that.
Pop girlies scare me, Speak Now is wonderful. I think it has the strongest set of singles from her country albums, and I just don't understand that person. Some of the slower songs I get but Story of Us, Better Than Revenge, and Sparks Fly should be part of their conscious.
I think if you go like twice, its fine, but its the crazy people who went to like 8 or 9 showings and I'm sorry but it doesn't change enough each show for you to need to do that. It's not even about others, it's the insanity in going to so many showings of the SAME CONCERT. Just look up the surprise songs girlie. I don't think anyone should be pressured to sell their tickets but fuck you specifically to the asses that are making up a whole percentage in the revenue for this tour because you think you should see every single show. You're rich and dumb, please be stupid enough to give me money, not Taylor for your 37th show. 5 is like max and only if you were part of the Nashville rain and you want to go to one that's not going to make you wait for three hours in a crowded soggy room. This is gonna come off as gatekeeping to some but I'm going to stick to this: multiple is fine, many is excessive.

1. agree, ts tv should definitely come at least before reputation, it still seems like the tour for it ended yesterday-
2. strongly agree! better than revenge is in my top 10 of hers right now, and while i'm fine with stuff changing, nothing hits more than just screaming that song, and i want it to be minimally changed. that one line i think she will change, and i'm ok with that! i also love the "nicer" better than revenge idea. like a duo of songs you could listen to together! as i type, i keep loving it more.

35. as someone without tickets, i feel two ways. if i had tickets (which i'm still trying to get), i'd keep them, no matter however many shows i had tickets to. i could bring different people, etc. HOWEVER, i would not buy more tickets (from resellers) if i already had them. that's the only real opportunity for others without them to clutch some nosebleeds, and that's really upsetting seeing people say that they bought more and more tickets just because they could and wanted to see her again. i wouldn't sell them if i had extras, but i would never get more if i already had the opportunity.

My unpopular opinion is that I like “All Too Well” five minute version better than 10 minute version.
It sort of like what you mentioned in the video. That’s the one that I’ve listened to or and over again for a decade. That’s the one I fell in love with. Sure, hearing all the details of that relationship is nice, but the less detailed version allows me to make it more mine, and less about her and Jake.
I’m also mad that in the 10 minute version and in the re-recording of the 5 minute version, she didn’t say “shyou remember it all” like she does in the original recording.

I absolutely love Innocent because it reflects Taylor's character at 19 way more than it says anything about Kanye. I think it's huge that at that young of an age, she was able to be the bigger person and be mature and forgive him. Obviously, he didn't deserve it but I hate that people dismiss the song purely because of who it's written about.
We all know how insanely incredible Dear John and Would've, Could've, Should've are but no one dismisses those songs even though John Mayer is a horrendous person too.
UGH i know it really does show how much of a caring, bigger person she was even at that age, i just wish i could disconnect it from him in my mind. he's so incredibly harmful with his anti-semitic views that he loudly and proudly shares, i find it hard to listen to a song about how he deserves more chances etc
i think the difference is because WCS is about how it affected her and is speaking on how negative the situation is, whereas innocent is about forgiving this man who unfortunately went on to do many worse things

I think I still love Innocent even though it's about an awful person because I tend to think more about Taylor and her maturity over Kanye and his constant problematic immaturity.
