Thanks: i have this equipment except for the wearables ! Shar'cari Richardson used the wearables this past year leading up to the World Championship and she definitely improved by not slowing down at the end of races!
Can you share the link to the TH-cam channel for the "Cal" you reference in this video? I originally thought you were talking about the University of California. 🤪
What if you lightly band the split jumps? So that they still have the eccentric pull in their Mario jump and land back in the split. Not too much band but resistance for the pull on hammy and opposite leg hip flexor?
I used know most of this stuff for years and I don't get paid for it. The wearable resistance sprints are very likely the #1 specific tool. Even better than sledtowing aka 1080. But I would never use weights on the lower limbs/calfs or arms. It will destroy the athlete. Wearable resistance is so effective because it overloads inertia! Inertial resistance is key. Not gravity.
It makes me super happy to see that you’re coaching at hf with coach BeeBe and Acici

I think it may be Calvin Dietz . He had a bunch of exercises like what was mentioned in the video.
I wonder if the Lila weighted shorts are better for improving speed than than the calf sleeves

@18:37 I did not see anything about muscle fiber change in that Haruhiko 2008 paper mentioned. Am I missing something?

Where do you buy the weighted calf stuff?
Lila exogen is the company, you can probably get a discount through Chris
What is the name of the Japanese researcher?
