HELP HELP! Okay here is my book! I'll start by saying thank you so much for doing content and being selfless with the advise! I'm such a finicky sleeper and am trying to find my next bed. Background: 2011 I bought Beautyrest Black Mariela Super Plush pillow top, $4K top of the line back in those days. Best bed I have EVER slept on, and anyone who was fortunate to lay on it thought it was heaven on Earth. It was the perfect level of support while still having that soft cushion feel to hug your body and give pressure relief. Like your sleeping on a "cloud" without compromising allignment or structure. Even 13 years later I had no sagging/body impressions and edge control was immaculate. My only complaint was the glue was coming undone for the pillowtop so when had to put on dide in moving tucks to relocate it would shift, but I could easily flatten out. Other thanthat exception, I truly wouldn't need another bed even after 13yrs except I made a huge error. I'm in the medical field and travel for work. While I was gone on assignment I decided to rent out my furnished room out to someone who destroyed my mattress 😢😭 Never again! So now here we are. I talked to Beautyrest and they said today's line the closest match is the K class. However, I have heard since the merges of manufacturing the quality has plummeted which makes me scared to buy the equivalent. I am clueless about beds, but have been watching A LOT of your videos to help educate myself. I'm in Central Oregon and the 2 beds I have found in this area I feel come the closest are Aireloom Luxetop M2 Plush and then Kingsdown Westerman 2.0 Plush. Out of the two the Aireloom has the most soft cloud feel that I loved about my bed, but the bed feels bouncy/springy. Within seconds of laying on a firm bed I can always tell it won't work. However, even their firm bed cuz of the pillowtop I felt like it was actually doable. Don't get me wrong though I'd still go with plush, but speaks to the cloud factor. Then Kingsdown was still soft, just not AS cloud like, but I feel like it wasn't as bouncy/springy which is good. I guess my ask is how do you think those three beds rank as far as quality and holding their form/comfort over the test of time? AND I'm definitely open to any other bed suggestions you may have as I have a sufficient temporary solution do not need to pull the trigger immediately and have months if needed. I will throw it out there that I am not a fan of any Tempur-Pedic/memory foam type beds as it has such a delayed adjustment period, and I don't feel like they are soft cloud like. I appreciate any help/guidance you can provide! Thank you!
