    7 days in the week.... I want to give myself 1 mental health day... No phone calls, no emails, no responsibilities... Just hang with my boys and exist ice cream and all. ❤

      Omg!!!! Same, except My goal this year is to wake up at 6:00am and be forgiving on weekends. I always feel so great when I do. It’s just difficult if I don’t stay consistent. Working from home can be a devil in disguise sometimes regarding structure and consistency of the day. But once the habit is formed there’s no going back!!! Keep me updated on how you feel with this new challenge ❤️🙌

    I aim to do yoga every day at 9pm for 10 minutes. Half an hour early today. I started yesterday and used your channel both times. I find you very welcoming, accessible and understanding. Thank you x

    Namaste! I did this session during a break from my studies, and it felt so good. I’m so grateful for your amazing channel and your videos. A yoga session with you feels a bit like therapy and always helps me a lot with managing stress.
    The music gives me so much energy, and the setting is absolutely stunning!

    I want to do so much with the new year, but trying to pace myself. Gonna start with everyday movement - get back to morning yoga each day and make space for 5-10 min of strength exercises for my pain management 🙏🏼

    I did this with a cold and feeling limber and in better spirits!
    For this new year I aim to turn to mindfulness practices first before escapism (doomscrolling,weed pen etc). Giving myself grace if some days are rougher than others tho!

    My gosl is wake up at 07 and no cell phone checking.... realized this was happening and no morni g relaxation 😢.... also try to sleep before midnight on week days, is defenitly a better rest sleep.
