@@tristinfaw It's been awhile, but I've managed to find a few more records by Sid Phillips & Al Bowlly. "What A Perfect Night For Love" "The Free And Easy" -The Blue Jays, November 28 1930. "A Bench In The Park" "Happy Feet" -Harry Hudson's Melody Men, September of 1930. etc...
@@alternateunreleasedshellac505 that would be absolutely fabulous. I know you would want to keep for a while (it's a pretty golden record) but when you decide sell it I hope I get it lol :) Thanks for the nice replies.
According to the "Al Bowlly Discography", there are two takes that exist and believed issued under the same catalogue number.
Has it been found or transferred?
@@Gorescripter not yet, but somebody might have it. Given how sought after this record is, it will be very expensive to track it down tbh.
A version of this tune I have not heard. Thanks.
Did you use the built in pre amp?
yes
Would this 78 be for sale!!! I have been looking for it for like ever!
Do you so happen to have the "Time Alone Will Tell / Tell Me (You Love Me)" record?
It's by the same band with the same vocalist.
no, I do not.
@@alternateunreleasedshellac505 That's too bad, it's the only other one by the two guys together.
@@tristinfaw well. You'd be surprised...
