Hi there! It was recorded with on the Quest 3 by the headset itself.
how does it look so clear? it's not so clear when I'm playing and it looks a little blurry (I wonder if it's related to airlink? as far as I know, the resolution can be adjusted in the application on the computer, I wonder if it's related to this)
Yes, it is. Airlink is great, but it does have compression. Iron Man is native on Quest 3, with no compression, and on top of that, I am using the Quest Games Optimizer to increase the resolution further.

Also, your headset has lower pixel count very close to your face which causes all games to have less clarity than TH-cam videos.

I mean what is the resolution, etc
Because with my settings on my quest 3 it feel a bit lag.
But I just realised that I can just enter the game without changing any settings and it's just look better out of the box. So I shouldn't bother to optimise the settings in the first place. Sorry for causing the confusion.
