Keep up the good work. I just bought a pillar replacement like the one you are using for my 2016 Honda Civic. Going to send my brother this video for guidance.

They fade in a few months. I would suggest vinyl wrap 3m satin black. Works great and you’re able to cover the window bridges as well. Also, if you remove the factory vinyl (as these are just stickers) you can expose the cars paint.

Thanks for sharing this video. I would assume that for 3rd Gen (2011) Honda CR-V, the process should be similar, right? For CR-V, it seems that the bubble shows up on B Pillar is actually rust and I'm having a hard time to sand it down. Should I remove the existing factory black "tape" first then sand down the rust, apply primer, then apply for the B Pillar Post Cover (like what you were using in this video)? Thoughts? Thanks!

Thanks for this Danny. How long did these stickers last for you? Are they still on your civic?

I would have test fitted them and put a piece of masking tape at the bottom where the trim meets the rubber. Then take off the backing, slide the bottom in sideways and line it up by the masking tape.

I don't think you pulled off the clear plastic cover that came with the covers, as they look pretty dull to be piano black.

On my car I removed the door trim "tape" and replaced it with new tape from Honda.
