We are starting to listen to our bodies, which we should have been doing for years, but all the crap they CREATED for us to consume had multiple harmful effects on us and kept us from hearing that communication exchange. Sounds like you're finally able to hear the voice of reason now and you KNOW you feel better and can trust that feeling enough to give it the respect it's due. Hang in there. The medical *authorities* (I can no longer relate to most as doctors) are only as good as the professors they were schooled by. That debacle started with Rockefeller in 1913. We are with you thru all this and use their data to obtain clues to what's going on inside you.
