    I think only people who's bodies were allowed to truly, purely heal itself by eating real food, also known as carnivore, can feel the deep beauty and joy in this visual analogy.

      I just wish so many more would choose this way of eating and see and feel how we feel for just a day... and they'd know how wonderful life can be. But, I guess they'd have to also realize food is nutritious fuel, not a substitute for love or a source of entertainment. That's the threshold those that put those carbs in front of us were banking on the masses not being able to go passed, and they knew they'd have customers taking their pills for life. So 😔 sad.

      Agree. Also, I found out that it's best to buy it, bring it home, and make it into patties right away and THEN freeze and thaw as needed.

    We’ve had our dog on raw carnivore for about 6 months this now. We make our own dehydrated chicken strips for treat when we are going out and leaving him. We also feared the choking with the chicken bones. But we do add bone meal to the dog food. BUT I also do the egg shell thing for ourselves and sprinkle it in our foods. Aren’t animals just wonderful? Couldn’t live without them. 😊

    • @lynnetuckercarnivore
      @lynnetuckercarnivore 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You know what's also wonderful? GREAT PARENTS like you! It changes their whole body structure... much like eating Carnivore does ours! My one is allergic to chicken... he loses hair. I wish chicken was good to use for him as it's much leaner protein than beef. That's a dog difference... their needs are for a bit less fat than we need. 🤔 perhaps for to smaller brain size???

      Since we need so many hamburgers per day (at least 4 between the two of us) that I need to make them into patties. I told another that freezing and then thawing the burgers weren't as easy to work with to make them into patties. It's better if I buy the meat and make them into patties and THEN freeze them. I may need to use your method when steaks get too expensive ;-) Two pounds would be a pound each for dinner...sounds wonderful to me! Stay strong fellow Carnivore!💪🥩

      Sure! The only pain about this is making the squares out of freezer paper and putting one down, shiney side up, then pattie, then square shiney side down, then paper shiney side up repeat. Rolling then into balls and then squishing them into patties is fun AND works your arm muscles without you noticing 💪 😉 👍. I have a tall container with a latched lid. I put 8 in at a time, and it's just the right sized round width, so they fit and keep fresh while thawing for me to use 4 for lunch for 2 days. Just put 4 in the bottom to thaw, as you use 4. 😋

      You're so welcome! I started our with Dr Karen Becker's recipe, but it also contained soo many other ingredients she honestly believed to contain certain vitamins, but we've all found those ingredients to be NOT necessary and potentially harmful. They need protein a tiny bit of oral and one of those on Dr Berry's list of 5 super foods (sardines in WATER, oysters in WATER, liver, egg yolks, and fish roe). So it got simpler for me, too. If a dog ever has trouble with accepting raw, I always suggest searing the patties in a fry pan for 30 seconds on each side, as did are VERY smell oriented. Once they get a whiff, it's a game-changer.

I have a blind elderly dog. For right now he needs me, but at 17 years old, he probably won't be with me all that much longer. I don't have strength to cook for myself. They have a little boy they're feeding sugar to, and the father of one of them had fatty liver. They don't speak to us anymore, and yet we tried because we care and we got shut down, told they couldn't eat meat and were disrespectful to Jim for even bringing the matter up. Those that are addicted seem to have the nastiest reactions to mere suggestions of their giving up their addiction. Sad.

It's pretty user friendly too. It cost me with s/h about $22. The cards were $17.99 for 100 and nothing on the back as that was an additional few dollars. I WAS considering putting the word NOTES: on the back, but... kinda self explanatory 😊 so I didn't. I can help you and do it for you, but it would cost to ship to me and then to you. Thanks for talking about Revero…each patient gets their own health coach and hcp, they record biomarkers daily while implementing a low carb diet and have labs done every 90 days, all for a monthly membership 🎉

      @lynnetuckercarnivore 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @stevenkielcheski Steven... THAT would be a GREAT testimonial!!! I don't see why it wouldn't help! It never ceases to amaze me how getting rid of inflammation and other various irritants we compound our bodies with due to the toxins we think so normal to consume helps so many maladies. If we achieve a better healing foundation with Carnivore or Lion diets, as a way to eliminate all inflammatory foods, it seems there's no limit to how much the body tries to heal itself. And what can it hurt to try this way of eating for 90 days? Everything will be right there where you left it afterward. I'd try this no matter what my issue... matter of fact, that WAS my reasoning. The health benefits were just too compelling not to try it. Now, I'll never go back. I surely hope someone out there has found healing regarding ALS to reach out to Kerry to get their story.

    May I ask your age? You are lovely! I’m 79, 4’11” and trying to lost 25#. I’m carnivore for more than two years and haven’t lost much at all. I just discovered you and will be following! ♥️

    • @lynnetuckercarnivore
      @lynnetuckercarnivore 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Sure! ...(and thank you!!!!) I'll be 69 this Christmas. Hmm...trying to lose and haven't huh? Have you gone through your pantry and frig and read the labels and thrown out or donated the temptations? We don't even have a toaster anymore. We ate only Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs for the majority of our first six months. We only added cottage cheese occasionally and some hard cheddar cheese on hamburger patties at lunch. We used only mustard for a condiment and now, I've quit doing that even. I thought the cheese was giving me skin issues on my chin - typically an area connected with hormone issues. I upped my fat eating as we bought some beef fat that the grocery store butcher had and chopped it up into little pieces and put in in the air fryer and between that and the butter fat and bacon fat and beef tallow we use, I'm back feeling like trying cheese again. If you're not losing weight, you're probably not giving your body enough fat to allow it to believe you no longer need to store it for survival. Our bodies are very primal in their thought process. If you're having stress or worried about something and it's bothering you...you're in a state of stress and body says DANGER...hold on to everything she may need to survive for a time! That's why everyone says enjoy getting some sunshine in your face in the morning, take walks in nature and see all the pretty things God created and appreciate the flowers and smell the air...be thankful, grateful and blessed - say that a few times and watch how your body reacts to your calm. It works! No more grains, starches, fruit, veggies or sugars (artificial is worse). Keep those flavors away from your taste buds for at least 2 weeks and then longer. Eat premade bacon (keep some in the frig or in your purse if you're out all day on errands) if you have a craving for any of those flavors. Drink sparkling mineral water so you feel like you're getting to have some soda if that was a favorite of yours. If you found any good point(s) in this ^ above, let me know, as others might need that info so they can figure out what to do next, too! Keep me posted...I care and am interested ! ♥ Lynne

    • @lynnetuckercarnivore
      @lynnetuckercarnivore 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Well... that's me. I only had about 5 or 10 lbs to lose. I just wanted to be healthy and the advice was sound. I ended up losing 21. Then I learned about the visceral bad fat around our organs. You can't know that unless you get an abdominal MRI... which isn't on the top of any Dr's list to prescribe. Now, no matter how much or how little strict Carnivore I eat...my "set point" weight stays there. If I work hard on the yard and forget to eat lunch say... I'll make up the weight within a day or so. It's WILD, but I'm a believer in homeostasis.
