I'm so glad I came across your channel, I can't wait to hear more about your wholesale business. Interestingly enough, this weekend I visited two small shops in my area to scope and gauge brand compatibility. One store is a retail business that exists solely to give local product-based businesses a place to sell their items! I'm reaching out today to pitch my cards. Congrats and much success to you!
Hi Meg!!! Thankyou so so much for the info it helps so much!! So I was wondering how did you figure out the pricing?? And also I would definitely love if you could give an example of the email you sent haha cause I have no idea what to put in there
Great insightful information. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and time! Very well done :) I have a quick question: Is there a standard product pitch template with what product info and company details a buyer wants to see about our product and company? I want to provide the proper information they want without overwhelming them with unnecessary information. Thank you so much. You've been very helpful :)

I wouldn’t say there is a standard template but there are a few useful things and a few necessary pieces of info to share with a potential supplier to make sure they are getting all the info they need without overwhelming them - I’m covering this in my next video so stay tuned 😀
It took about three months to get my products on the shelves from the initial email, I think it could have been quicker but as it was my first time doing this is was navigating the learning experience
To make it attractive to the shops, my research indicated they would want to make 50% profit on the items. This meant significantly reducing my profit which is why I set a minimum order number of each item for wholesale. The bulk orders mean I can get a lump cash injection into my business and use it develop more products. It’s tricky because I didn’t want to loose out on most of my profit but my setting a Minimum order quantity I was able to make sure I still made a profit on the wholesale sales. Hope that helps and makes sense!
@@Megacrafty hey i was wonderig if you could futhor explain this ,wouldn't it be better to buy out whole sale and give them 20-30% of each product sold. at most 40%

Yes! Will get that filmed and uploaded soon 😀
That’s great news! At what price point do you sell your stock to the stores so you still make a profit and the shop to obviously make a profit.
