  • Party Ribs are great for 3 reasons:
    1. Easy to do
    2. Quick to make
    3. Taste AMAZING!
You have to give these a try and share this video with anyone who loves making ribs!
    Directions:
    1. Start with a rack of baby back ribs
    2. Remove membrane
    3. Slice into individual pieces
    4. Season all sides
    5. Smoke at 300f for 30 mins then flip
    6. 15 mins before ribs are done sauce them up
    7. Pull when they hit 200.
    8. Serve and Enjoy!

Would that pit boss smoke a good doobie on it, or would you need to add a smoke tube to it?

Should have used your pit boss membrane removal tool👍👍👍

That looks interesting. I love the notion of cooking ribs faster than 5-ish hours for whole racks, but I gotta believe you're giving up something going this fast or pre-slicing them would be the typical way people cook them. I assume it's tenderness because collagen breakdown requires both time and temperature. Still, I wonder if there's some middle ground, like perhaps groups of 3-4 ribs that cook faster but could match full-rack cooked ribs in a taste test.

Is there a way to put the smoke tube out so you can save the pellets that didn't burn? Will definitely try these when I'm short on time.

    • @GrillSergeant

You can use a water spray bottle and spritz the smoke tube till the smoke stops.

The ribs look great! I just ordered my new Titan and waiting for it to come in. I also have been watching your videos and just subscribed! Question for you! Why do you need the smoke tube? Is it because you ran the smoker at higher temps? I thought the smoker should supply all the smoke needed?
    Thanks

    • @GrillSergeant
      @GrillSergeant  23 วันที่ผ่านมา

The smoke tube helps impart an extra level of smoke and I’ll take all the smoke I can get. Especially at higher temps where usually there is less smoke.

Maybe wrap them in foil near the end and then after that sauce them up?
