A nice hack is to mix some Liquid Smoke and Lee & Perrins in with the Mustard when making the binder. It adds a lot more flavor and complexity to the finished product.

I've done ribs in the oven, and wile I still prefer the smoker, there isn't anything wrong with the oven at all. Still delicious! Nice work!
