Looked absolutely delicious. I love smoking ribs, theyre alot of different ways to present them and everyone loves them at a gathering. Thanks for video! Go Blue!
Amazing how easy it is to cook good ribs hot n fast. Thanks for confirming what I’ve been saying for years. Good smoked BBQ doesn’t need to take hours & hours to get great results.
@@cookwithrock Well, good my brother, not as advanced as you are with the channel stuff.Just start in my own hand and it as well to me.The food community always learns from each other and nothing but good stuff.Everybody needs to eat.I'm all about family food and fun.Be well keep in coming
I tell you, family, food and fun is what I love the most. I've been blessed by many great mentors over the years, and ones I still get to cook with in comps when I'm able to. Keep rolling smoke, and I've got more recipes heading out each week!
So i plan on making some of these for my work xmas party. However i will need to smoke this weekend and reheat. Would you suggest a crock pot to heat them up in?
You know, I haven’t done that. But I’d think crock pot would be good. I’d keep the temp low, as to not dry them out. But they should be pretty sauced so that’ll help keep the moisture in.
Fair point... main reason for the bowl is to apply the mustard binder. That said, I could see going different routes like no binder or individual application.
Just found this one thanks. Will be happening at a party this coming Sunday for Australia Day
Awesome! You’ll crush it.

Awesome!! Positive Vibes heading your way to crush this recipe. It’s a sneaky good one IMO😊

Agreed! Sneaky great alternative to low and slow. Both have their place, so it’s great to have options.

@ thanks for the advice.
Don’t have a smoker , can I do this in a oven? Using those low temps
I certainly would think so, obviously you’ll miss the smoke flavor, but anything that you can control heat on should do the trick.
Add some liquid smoke to bbq sauce…gives you that “ smoked “ flavor
Seems like an extra step using a bowl ..I literally don’t see the advantage since you just drown them on that Merica board
