I think I have been to that place in 2020. There was literally nothing vegetarian. I asked if they could just make it without meat but the stock, etc even has meat so they could do nothing for me.

No português, também sentimos diferença. Homem fala "Obrigado" e mulheres "Obrigada" e o "O" também cai se for entre amigos "Brigado" e "Brigada". Você não diz pro seu chefe e/ou cliente: "Brigadão, valeu aí", né.

It's true, the Japanese learned that kind of deep frying from the Portuguese (but then they made it better). The word for bread in Japanese comes from Portuguese too, pan! I've read that about the pumpkin as well. In Brazil I think that we got some fruit names from Japan, like caqui (kaki) and that tangerine that we call ponkan.

I like your videos in Brazil a lot. I was in Brazil from April to September 2022 from USA to visit my Brazilian boyfriend. Now as of new year day2023 I am back in São Paulo with him. We are at a boutique hotel near Liberdade. We want to try Japanese food so thanks for the recommendation! I’ve never heard of Udon cuisine before. Looking forward to this restaurant this week. Btw. I’ve also been watching the TH-cam channel Jetlag Warriors who were here in São Paulo one year ago and are back here again this week. It’s been fun to watch both them and you in São Paulo for New Year’s Eve! I was in Bogota Colombia that night. It's an Onigiri House! It's called Kokimo Food! There are some different Onigiri flavors! If you go back there, I highly recommend you to try!

@@GeorgeJapanthere are many greats burger restaurants in São Paulo. Some are kind of fancy, like Joakins, New Dog, Cabana, that I find great. But there is one that is very tradicional that calls Seu Oswaldo, they make the best xsalada! It is a small place with a short menu, but delicious!

The chocolate that you ate is very traditional in Brasil and it’s called Brigadeiro. It’s flavor can change a lot depending on the place that you buy them.

George, I’d like to ask if you could try the ramen from a restaurant called Misoya. It’s not located in Liberdade but in the surroundings of Avenida Paulista, you’ve already been there in other videos. It’s owned by a couple that lived in Japan for years and decided to bring all they learned then tried to recreate the ramens the closest as they could from different areas of Japan, for example, Tokyo and Hokkaido. I’ve already that it’s pretty much similar and I’d like to know coming from a japanese if it’s accurate. Love your content!!
