The Citrus Distiller's homepage prominently features a baby next to a still. It is unclear if the baby is an ingredient or part of the management team, either way that might explain the issues with this "whiskey"

From Black Spirits' website, their Ghost Pepper Whiskey is "Fermented with 100% High Grade Corn. 3x cleaner and 3x purer than your average whiskey." So it's not so much vodka as it is moonshine, which is still whiskey, it's just not whiskey as we think of it. It's clear, unaged whiskey.
Clear unaged Whiskey is just Vodka though^^
And saying moonshine is whiskey is like saying flour is like bread;)

Technically that's moonshine I'd say, but no one wants that on a label.
On the contrary; moonshine sells quite well here in the Southeast. Particularly if it comes in a mason jar and has some wacky gimmick like "apple pie" or "blue flame."

I will recommend buffalo trace white dog. It's clear and has some whiskey flavors.
Also if you are ever in Dayton ohio, get hells vodka. It's made with spicy peppers and has a nice kick to it. Great in bloody Mary's.

I think of you look up the qualifications. It's probably half corn and distilled in America. Pv3 I believe you're thinking of burbon whiskey. But I'm sure it is just barely whiskey.
It is 'technically' a whiskey, but more of a loophole whiskey.
According to their own website it's twice distilled from a 100% corn mash bill, and is unaged, so it's basically a neutral grain spirit proofed down to 40% abv, so, yeah, it's vodka.

It's New Make, aka White Dog. It's been distilled, but similar to the PBR whiskey, it probably never actually saw the inside of a barrel - I'm pretty sure they just run it down an oak sluice for a few seconds, so they can call it whiskey. As for the lemon, that's not ghost pepper. If I had to guess, Citrus Distillers does make a Citrus Cordial - cross-contamination?

I'd recommend a distilled rye whiskey from Glacier Distilling called Mule Kick to light up your taste buds. The heavy black pepper and jalapeno flavors will burn your tongue down to a nub

It might be a Newmake Whiskey. Which is the product before they barrel age it. It's not really vodka because I don't think they followed the same specific guidelines to make vodka.

I grow ghost peppers, don't eat em much. I have had some really hot pepper vodkas mostly from Russia. Though Absolute Pepper is ideal for bloody Marys.
Btw; ghost peppers are lemony Carolina reapers taist like blood oranges and deathly hot.

It’s s white whiskey which means that it’s unaged. They call it just “whiskey” because it’s mashbill doesn’t meet the legal definition of Bourbon, Rye, or even a wheater. Although it is a bit weird but not unexpected to see PV3 get upset when a drink does NOT hurt him in some awful way.
