For all the moms out there, there is the Unbuckle Me seat release tool to save your nails. It also works well if you have hand pain and can’t make a good grip. I’ve got both, and it’s a life saver.
I struggled with lifting and growing my nails long until I started following your tips. My nail game completely transformed for the better. I truly value your videos. Thank you for your December uploads.
Absolutely love seeing more of your videos on my feed. I enjoy the nail art tutorials but the education is my absolute favorite! Thank you Paola! You’re greatly appreciated 💘 Also, I’m considering switching from Luminary Nail Systems gel to Kokoist but I enjoy working with a colored builder gel instead of clear. Does Kokoist have a colored gel line? Do you have a video on the options?
I know this video is a year old but these tips are awesome! I’m getting into doing my own gel nails at home to hopefully save some money. New subscriber from Canada 🇨🇦😊🩷
My nails grow very long without even polish. I have to file them weekly with acrylic nail files or I'm filling forever. Is there a way to clip without the nail splitting?? Or a flat nail clipper to get a straight cut?
Thanks for the video. Is there an alternative if we are allergic to gel (also acrylic, dip and glue. Basically everything that contains acryl) Is a good nail polish base also protecting?
I’m really interested in exploring Japanese soft gels… most of my clients prefer gel sets and I’m happy to move away from acrylic (the monomer is awful, even the ‘scent free’ options) Of the 3 companies you promote, is there one in particular you would recommend to begin with?
@@PaolaPonceNails first, thank you so much for answering 💐💐 so far it’s mainly hard gel sets and manicures with gel polish finish. Many have expressed an interest in soft gel overlay as an option for their natural nails ☺️
À propos stickers...the easiest way to pick/remove them is warming them up (with a blow dryer or lighter). The sticky layer will loosen and you can easily lift them - if not with your nail (no, no! 😉), try with the tweezers. Works for me every time.
Very informative video! I’d like to become a content creator and you talked about the use of peel off base coat by them. Do you mean by gel the base coat (and maybe a top coat on top) I should put under the peel off base coat, the gel polish and the top coat? Thank you ☺️
i hate when people are cutting with mail clipped from side to side it's annoying for some reason, and yeah that makes them split to, where the clipper stops it will split. better just file them.
apparently, color have nothing to do with health of the nail, they can vary color going to very yellow to beige to slithery grayish and still be healthy, painting them can change the color but not affect the health.
gel nail are very bad for the nails not just the removing process, but just that gel sitting on your nails for two weeks all those chemical that make it stick to the nail makes the nail dry brittle and splitting!

I'm so glad!
First video of yours I've ever seen but within the first 5 minutes I already liked and subscribed cause I knew I was in the midst of an expert!!!
Needed this because I’m always trying to grow my natural nails 😂

Also, this video is just so full of excellent tips and tricks for nails! Thank you so much Paola 💐💐💐💐
I have very long natural nails. If and when I file my nails I only use a glass file and I only file in one direction💗
12:11 every time I wash my hands I rub oil into my hands and cuticles. My hands are always so soft.
Thank you for all these videos, wish you and your family a Happy Holidays!
My free edge is splotchy and translucent. It isn’t that pretty off-white color. What is the issue (and the fix)?

Yes, cut from side to side, not straight in the middle or that could cause breakage/splitting.
What does a person use in place of gel when they are allergic to acrylic ingredients?
Hey!
Nail wraps, nail laquer, maybe press-ons if you don't react to cyanoacrylate glue.
I only have one longest nail on my right hand the middle figer

Is a good nail polish base also protecting?
Yes! Watch LOVE4NAILS or Simply Nailogical. They grow very long nails with regular polish as a protective layer.
Typically my thumbs are able to grow nearly a half inch before breaking. I guess 2 out of 10 aren't bad😅.
can I use non sanding base under normal gel?
What is normal gel?

Of the 3 companies you promote, is there one in particular you would recommend to begin with?
Tough question! I feel like most of my community starts w Kokoist. What kind of services is your clientele into?

what about olive oil?
Better than nothing, but not the best option.
Jojoba is better. Olive oil just sits on top
When you break one nail, should you lower them all?
Or you can build an extension. If you don't have much experience yet extending one, use a full coverage tip.
You should always file your nails in one direction and not like a saw, it will cause splitting.

Peeling off stickers...guilty. 😞 But sometimes I gotta clip 'em because they grow crazy fast!
How do you fell about builder gel?
GREG SALO MENTIONED!!?!?
Please use czech glass files not emery boards.
good morning miss paola ...
