Well it's a clever phasing of the 1st episode. In the light novel vol 4 the girl had a flashback of meeting the Mc and the kidnapping case before the truckkun accident. I dont want to spoil it more, so wait for the next episode or read the light novel. So far so good. XD

She doesn't get reincarnated. Only Cid but if you're reading the manga the next arc will be about her again cuz Vid went back to Japan. And after finishing what happened in Japan. Beta took Nishino and brought her to their world because beta wanted to have someone to teach them about Japan.

Ahem this is way better to showcase the isekai mc capability and background before getting isekaied instead of iskeaing him in a instant in the first episode like most generic isekai without even showing what kind of person the mc is, and also the girl in this episode will play a role later on the series
