But this fight makes the wires strong enough to withstand delta, which they're not. So manga was, as the ln, more consistent as a whole.

While I understand that they wanted a cool fight scene, they really ruined the joke. Originally, Delta recognised him immediately. That was the joke. He was monologuing about how much effort he put into his disguise, and he didn't even finish his inner monologue Delta was already hugging him.
What's so funny about this is that he just sends Delta to take out Juggernaut off-screen, and she just does it. After he was built up to be a capable foe, we never see Juggernaut again. Delta cleans his clock.

Delta was ordered by Alpha told to hunt John Smith, but she didn't stop hunting him for the same reason everyone else would: (That he is the all knowing-mastermind behind Shadow Garden). She stopped because of how little of a chance she believes she stands. Delta was even going to report back and be like "Alpha... I'm going to have to disobey your orders on this one... I'm not that crazy..." (I'd also like to think it's because she loves Shadow so much that she won't even do it on Alpha's orders)
