Hey Sarah! My quick tips for being tidy are to declutter (if you don't actively use it or love it, donate/chuck it), and give everything a home and make sure it goes there after you use it. Sounds simple, but really helps me :)
Former EXTREMELY messy person here. What helps me now is figuring out the best system of where to keep things. And then always put items back where they belong in your system. Also I recommend "the life-changing magic of tidying up" by Marie Kondo. A short book with great tips.
Former messy person here! My husband and I recently started doing "half hour clean time" every evening. We tidy and clean the house for half an hour every single night (no exceptions) and by the end of the week the house is unbelievably clean. I have also found that having open shelves/closets helps me stay more organized because I just straight up don't want to stare at a disgusting mess all the time.
Great video Sarah! Looks like a realistic day. Two quick meals that I love are: Breakfast- slice of Dave's Killer Bread (green bag) toasted with vegan butter and organic raspberry jam sprinkled with chia, sunflower and flax seeds. (That seed blend I make and keep in a jar on the counter. Makes for a super quick addition to lots of things. Plus...fiber, protein and omegas. Win!) Lunch/dinner- sweet potato cooked in the microwave, broccoli also steamed in microwave. Chop up the potato. Add to the bag I cooked the broccoli in (gotta save dishes he he) season to whatever i am feeling for the day and a little vegan butter. Serve over a bed of spring mix and fresh tomatoes. Top with seed mixture. Mmmm! I like warm food with my salad but that's me. Again thanks for the great video! I need to try Dave's bagels for sure now.
I loved this, you should do more casual, vlog-kinda videos like this :D I love all your recipes but I love your personality and your vibes too, it’s good watching you whatever kind of video you upload, you go girl!
I’ve found two things recently that really helped me be cleaner 1) the book “life changing magic of tidying up” has helped my attitude towards “stuff” so much. I’ve realized I’ve been holding on to so much clutter that it’s impossible for me to stay clean cause I’m beyond capacity. I donated 5 bags of stuff and feel awesome with just the things I love around me. 2) I downloaded this app “our home” which is supposed to be a way to get your kids to do their chores but it’s a way for myself to remind myself how I want to keep on track with cleaning. I have it set to remind me every two weeks to completely clean out my pantry and fridge....have one to wash my sheets....a reminder to clean the bathroom fully. My problem is I always think I just did something but if I look back in my app I realize it’s been 3 weeks!!!! It keeps me motivated and reminds me to not be a slob 😂
I'm a (mostly) former messy person! I have a lot of anxiety so I realized a few years ago that an organized space is best for my mental health. The two things that helped me the most are 1) cleaning a little throughout the day and 2) owning less stuff! I've become more minimalist (especially with clothes) and a smaller amount of things is always easier to clean and organize.
I read the life changing magic of tidying up and watch some TH-cam videos on minimalism/tiny living. I haven’t downsized to those extremes but it’s an insightful and inspiring way of living.
I find that if everything in my place has a home, and I drop off all my friends home as soon as I've hung out with them, then it stays neat :) Love the energy you bring to your videos, it's so genuine and sweet.
You are such a natural beauty! I love your freckles. :) Also I'm really glad I'm not the only one who puts everything bagel seasoning on everything bagels, haha!
I've been making large batches of vegan tikka masala sauce (so easy to make!) and then I just toss some chopped cauliflower in a pan with some of the sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Throw over some rice and VOILA! So easy and delicious!
One of my goto quick meals is pasta with soya cream and vegetarian sausages. I just sauté leaks, courgette, and mushrooms in a pain with olive oil, liberally seasoned with black pepper and salt, boil some pasta, cook frozen vegetarian sausages in oven, add soy cream to the vegetables and heat up, then mix everything together and finish with more black pepper and some fresh parsley or basil. It takes about 20-25 minutes.
feel you on the messy thing. I feel like I've gotten reformed my messy ways to the point where my mom and best friend are like "ummm when did you become so neat and tidy? " and it's really 2 things I've changed. One is instead of walking away from things I should do I've gotten into the mindset of "do it now or you will never do it" examples instead of leaving my trash from snacks on the table I'll pick it up instead of being like I'll get to it, finish doing my makeup I put everything away before I walk away from it, stuff like that its just helped make it a positive habit and usually when I have to clean it's just easy pickup versus really cleaning up. 2nd thing is the whole saying "a place for everything, and everything in its place" I pretty much have a designated place for everything and as soon as I'm done using it it goes back into its designated spot. this way you avoid making a mess because your brain isn't like I'll just pile stuff together because idk where to put it, and whenever I'm in a rush I don't have to waste time looking because I know exactly where it is. :)
Go-to: simple fahita bowls! Take your favorite veggies (fresh on a good day, but I keep frozen ones around because sometimes chopping up a pepper is too much to ask) and heat them up in a pan with some chili powder/taco seasonings of choice, them put them over a bowl of rice with like half a can of black beans. Stirring salsa into the rice makes it extra good! You can use whatever veggies you have, and could swap the rice for greens if you want a lighter-carb meal. I usually have beans and rice around or in my fridge already, so it's super quick to put together.
Hi Sarah, thanks for the video and the great workout tips! For the kimchi and gyoza, have you tried shopping at your local Asian grocery store? (They might be cheaper and have more stock than Trader Joe's.) There are also "Mitsuwa" and "Lion Supermarket" if you live in the Bay area. Also, for being "less messy," it's all about finding an organization system that works for you. My desk is mostly likely to be swamped with project notes, bills, store coupons, and receipts. Since you have a small desk, maybe get a cork board for your wall and pin your projects in chronological order. For bills, write the due date on every envelope and keep them in plain sight next to your purse or budget planner. For coupons and receipts, keep them in a small tray or open box where you need it (I keep mine out of sight on a shelf since I don't need them everyday.) You can also place a bar cart with wheels or a bookcase next to your current desk to help with organization and storage. Good luck and keep up the great work!
I'm a messy person and I've just accepted the fact that I'll always be that way. 😂 Even when I think something is clean/neat, other ppl are like "uuuummm no this is still messy..."
Same here! I always tell people I’m messy, but my mess is organized. I know exactly what’s in my mess and if I “organize” it the way other people would do, I’d be confused! Lol so I’m organized messy. 😂
I was a messy person before but in the beginning of this year i got into minimalism and tremendously reduced the amount of stuff i had. Since then it has been super easy to be tidy! Everything i own has its own place so stuff doesn't just lay around. Before i go to bed i make sure to take the items to their right places. So i would 10/10 recommend looking into minimalism! Love u
This may not be quick time wise but super easy - I preheat the oven to approx 350 to 400 F. I give whatever squash, root veggies, garlic, onions, broccoli, etc. I have in the freezer, pantry, fridge, etc a chop into large pieces, chuck them on a couple of parchment or silicone lined cookie sheets, season them with whatever flavors I feel like in the moment and then put them in the oven for one hour checking half way through. While I do that, I make some sort of grain in the rice cooker and make a lemon tahini dressing with garlic and maple syrup. When everything is done, I put a bit of everything into a bowl. Doing this gives you buddha bowls for days. Also, adding fresh greens is good too and I add them whenever I have them in the fridge.
Crazy messy person here, Marie Kondo's books helped me a lot. Really went trough the process and it made me happier. Did it make me like super tidy? Hell no, but I never went back to where I was and even when I don't tidy for a few stressful days it's so quick to go back to a really clean appartment. It has really changed my life :)
Sarah I just love your videos, they just make me smile. Your positivity is contagious! I’m really looking into going vegan and I’ve been binge watching your stuff! Oh and I used to be so messy-that comment about the back pack and desk, I can totally relate! One year my locker was so bad that during locker cleanout something in a bag was growing fur! Then all of a sudden I just changed. Literally it happened overnight. I was so messy and actually really lazy and a huge procrastinator and I just got fed up with myself and everything changed overnight. To this day I can’t explain how that happened but I’m not complaining!
Here is one of my favorite quick soups to make. I’m embarrassed how easy it is but so good. I heat up two containers of trader joe low sodium veg broth. I season it with 21 seasoning, onion powder, pepper a little smoked paprika and nooch. I also stir in a few spoonfuls of tj eggplant hummus. Add 3 cans of different low sodium beans from sprouts. I use black, kidney, pinto whatever I have. Then I chop up a whole bag of tj organic spinach and add that. Bring to boil, simmer for 15 min. It’s done! Spoon in a little more hummus and nooch in your bowl. Add some brown rice and it’s seriously good and comforting. I don’t use added salt, so you may need to add some. Also if you have any leftover tofu (I always bake up some slices with flaxseed coating) it’s so good cut up in the soup.
One more thing if you want to take it up a notch, add mushrooms sautéed in balsamic and diced potatoes. With the hummus, it’s like cream of mushroom and potato soup.
A quick, super easy, vegan yummy I love to throw together is Chickpea salad...A can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained). Small onion. One carrot. One stalk of celery. Sometimes some bell pepper. Curry powder. Garlic powder. Vegan mayo. In a food processor.... I cut the carrot into about 4 pieces and then pulse chop in the food processor until small pieces. Dice celery and the onion. Add the chickpeas, onion, celery, bell pepper in the food processor with the carrots and pulse until the size I want (small but not purée), add all that to a mixing bowl. Add seasonings and stir. Stir in the mayo. It's even better after being in the fridge for a while but also good right away. I like to put it on salad greens, eat it alone or on a sandwich. 😊 Love your videos! 💕xx
As a very, veryyyy messy human, my best tip is to make sure every item you own has a home. I'm still working on this, but I found most of the clutter I would accumulate was stuff that had no designated place where it belonged. After that the trick is just to actually put things away. It makes cleaning up sooo much easier.
You are my favorite youtube channel! I'm always happy when I get the notifications of new videos. I am patiently awaiting some sort of E-book or cookbook from you! I would buy it in a heartbeat.
In the beginning of the week I make a big batch of rice. Every morning when I make my lunch, I dump some rice into a container, add some frozen Gardein meat crumbles and frozen veggies in, then dump some kind of sauce in that mixture. When I get to work I put it in the fridge, then on lunch microwave. Easy peasy and super yummy!
TIPS FROM A FORMER MESSY THAT CONVERTED ...at least a little :D For getting up in the morning: find out how much sleep you need and go to bed early. I tried sleeping in REM phases (multiple of 3) for years and it didn't work. Then I realized that my sweetspot is at around 7 and 1/2 hours. I go to bed between 10-11 and my alarm goes off at 6am. My first lecture is at 8, so I have plenty of time in the morning (another hack). For not being messy: Things collect on your desk/in your flat/in your bag if you don't have a proper place to store things. You have to start with making room for everything; if everything has it's place, you'll never have a messy room. This means getting more cupboards, folders for different items (my newest addition: one for recipies of more expensive stuff) and similar. Next time you have to clean your room it'll only take 5 minutes, promise! :) Keep up the good videos Sarah! :D
Heya! Good stuff, just wanted to share a quick-fix my mom made that I make variations of: Thickened oat-cream pasta with gremolata. Basicly, reduce a batch of oat cream (simmer it preferably, when it starts to boil, it expands, overflows and makes a sticky mess) to remove excess water and turn it into a creamier, richer sauce. Set aside. Start boiling water for pasta. Here's the trick: Use A LOT of salt. Like, four full seconds of waterfall-style salt. You should be able to see a thin white crust on any fork you put in the boiling water. While the pasta is boiling (or when the cream was reducing), quick-fix some gremolata - chop some fresh parsley, finely chop some garlic and add lemon zest. You should be aiming for a burly texture, not finely minced, with a majority parsley but with a not insignificant amount of garlic as the parsley really needs the competition. Remove the pasta, strain it, quickly onto a plate, add the cream-sauce, whip it together (you don't need the pasta water here, it's salty enough!) and serve with a rich helping of gremolata on top. Done! Make a bigger batch of cream and store it, likewise with the gremolata, and have for lunch every other day a week in a row. Enjoy!
Hi Sarah!! I used to be chronically messy but since I moved out for college, I’ve always had roommates who are big incentives for me to keep things clean. Also, I try to have people over a lot so I feel pressured to clean. I def have slip ups like it’s been midterm szn since October and i have had sheets in the dryer for a month and can’t see floor of my closet but hey I can only be clean where it counts. Doing all of the dishes at night is clutch tho. At least you have that down!
I actually really really enjoyed this video!! It’s really helpful because I’m always on the go and lazy haha! Please do more like this! :) you make being vegan so easy!!
Hi ! My super lazy meal is usually a leftover rice or pasta + frozen spinach, mushrooms and lentils or kidney beans from a can, a little bit of tomato paste and 5 minutes in the microwave x) super easy but super yummy and filling !
The messys: 1. In my room, I have designated areas for everything. Like, my keys hang up on the wall, my shoes are always by the door, and i arrange everything in such a way that it WILL mess up my mojo if I misplace it. Just keeping all my equipment, clothes, and other daily work things in visible areas/ compartments is a life saver 2. Labels are everything for work tools. Allow me to make a video on just how messy mine is right now and I'll show you what I do to clean it Food wise? I make these bomb breakfast burritos with home fries, hummus, spinach, artichokes, and tofu. Just get the potatoes and tofu ( I add soy sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, and jerk seasonings to mine). And then sautee everything together. Finally you put it all in the tortilla and grill that too. So good. Soooo good
Awesome suggestions for food and tidying up. ;) It definitely helps me to have designated places for things, I've noticed. I've been a lot better about it these past few months!
My fav lazy meal is chicken ceaser wraps lol I warm up chick'n strips and use the Hampton Creek ceaser dressing and put it in a wrap and it's amazing and very filling
i used to be a huge slob but i've slowly gotten better over the years. i find that putting stuff away right away instead of leaving it for later helps keep things tidy. also, taking just 5-10 min before i go to bed to pick up things helps and makes it feel nice to wake up in the morning to less of a mess.
The Sweet Earth breakfast burritos are sooooo good! Along with their other burritos just check to make sure it’s vegan because not all of them are! But the ones that are say vegan on the packaging! 💞
So many tips from you and the commenters I had to make a list so I don't forget anything. 😊 What an awesome problem to have in life. Thanks for another wonderful video.
I definitely understand the struggle of being messy person. As I grew up I realized that I was hoarding more stuff than I had space for. Spring cleaning twice a year and an accessible storage system. For me it came down to easy organizing system.
Try setting a timer for 10 min everyday to do a little clean up. I do mine in the morning. Just a surface clean, pick things up, wipe up surfaces, throw away trash. It really helped me become more tidy!
I partially cook and freeze large amounts of spaghetti squash. When I need a quick dinner saute whatever veggies/greens I have add the squash and add jarred pasta sauce. so good.
hey Sarah - just saw this vid and I am a recovering messy person! highly recommend purging all items which do not have a specific place in your home. if it doesn't have a place, its gonna live on the floor/ the "laundry chair"/ your trunk / wherever you can fit it. so first just definitely donate stuff you don't need!!! :-)
Pick up Limes made a nice video about how to get organized and more tidy. Most helpful for me was the "empty hand": When you are leaving a room, take a quick look if anything needs to be taken, i.e. plate to the kitchen, keys to the door etc. Never leave with an empty hand. And my mom, who is one of the best organized and tidiest persons I know, once told me: if it takes less than 5min - do it now! And that is really something to live by...
I hadn't heard of Pick Up Limes before, but since so many people recommended her videos I've been watching them everyday! So good! And that is an awesome tip.
I wish I could stay motivated to work out, how do you manage? On the being clean i made myself a list of daily, weekly, and monthly chores to do. Before I do anything else once I get home after work during the week I do my daily chores. Just little things. It helps to keep the mess from piling up! I hang my clothes, out dishes in the dishwasher, put away any mail, that sort of stuff. It really helps minimize the mess.
Another great video as always! I really need to try some of those vegan recipes, everything looks so good. I tried to make seitan some time ago and it was a complete disaster, but I won't give up.
I’ve recently discovered hummus tacos. Kinda like a quesadilla but only use hummus as the filling and add nooch. Also black bean and avocado tacos. And leave them in the pan a little longer to “crisp”.
My super delicious, lazy meal: Hummus on Daves Killer Bread, add spinach, tomato slices, avocado, salt and pepper. Super healthy amd incredibly easy, but DANG it is the bomb!!!! Or i make one LARGE pot of beans on Sunday and eat it all week long.
Favorite lazy meal is dumping a bag of frozen veggies in a pan with some tofu, frying it up with soy aminos and some spices, then serving with sriracha and sesame seeds on top. Takes 5-10 mins!! 👌
My husband and I both are messy by nature. I find that if I tidy up a little bit every day and wipe surfaces quickly that helps a lot.Im talking like 15 min a day if that.😉 Then I never really have to do a big clean because I'm keeping up with everything from day to day.
That's such a good tip. I go through phases of clean and messy...when I'm clean, I'm super clean and vice versa. Setting aside a small amount of time daily would probably help.
This book has been all over the place but I was the same crumpled paper laundry piles in room person until I read "the life changing magic of tidying up." People talk a lot about the getting rid of shit you don't need aspect of the book, which is part of it and does help with staying neat, but the part that helped me was coming up with a storage system that makes it easy for me to stay neat. For example I used to leave my clothes all over the place because they were in dressers across my room, but I ended up rearranging it so I keep all my clothes right next to my closet and moved my bookshelf on the other side of the bedroom and that's kept me from throwing my clothes across the room because I can just put it back so conveniently. I'll stop rambling now but it was a good read!
i'm finally catching up!!! - i'm all about that "no plate" life - omg you mentioned my name in this video 😱 - pump up is amaaazing - lazy vegan meal: mixing protein powder with water to make some kinda mousse thing and adding yogurt and granola and mixed berries on top. it sounded more lazy in my head but i promise its simple!!
Kimchi fried rice! You can do it with cauliflower rice if you want. Literally just chop up the kimchi really small and sauté in a little sesame oil, then add the rice and any other veggies. Also add a dollop of Korean red pepper sauce or Sriracha even.
For me to be cleaner i use my bullet journal. Im pretty busy so I tend to let things build up and then go "wow, what the heck happened here" lol. So, ive started a journal and I use it every morning with building a routine. The best way I found to stay cleaner is to do one room a day, throughout the day. Example : Living room: - pick up trash -vaccuum - clean up the tables Etc, and I cross them off as i go. Its made a big difference! And i dont always finish the list but my house looks good compared to before! Hope that helps
Aw!!! I love Matt Kahn:) two TH-cam worlds collide. I am a "former" messy person. The cleanliness sometimes isn't the best 100% of the time but way more than not. I do a deep clean 2-3 times a year and then commit to make sure one thing is cleaned a day. Like making sure the coffee table and couches are good, dishes for a couple days are cleaned or in the dish washer, do a load of laundry one day, etc. And don't feel bad when it doesn't go right all at once. Forgive yourself for being human:)
My goodness, this woman is getting more and more gorgeous every video. Ultimate girl crush! 💖
Aw THANK YOU! :)
You're not the only one 😃
Anneska Kirideska
Same :)
Anneska Kirideska same thought ahaha
Baaahaha I guess this is the girl crush section!!
Yes! More of these short, easy vegan meals please. I love all of your videos, but this is more practical for me.
I'll do more for sure!
I SEE AVOCADO IN THE THUMBNAIL AND I CLICK!!! You making me proud girl, hehe love ya :)
Healthy Crazy Cool how about you gift us mortals with an awesome collab?!? That would be so cooool!!!

More of these please!! I'm a uni student trying to transition to veganism so would love more quick lazy food ideas! ☺️
I like these more realistic lazy meals. I always try and do the nicer stuff but always fall back on the lazier stuff!
I am vegan and I like her videos. But I admit I mostly watch it because she is Gorgeous.
I love this style of video better!!!! It’s so relatable and i love seeing just a normal day for you
I am a working mom and this helps bring ideas for my meals with a busy schedule. LOVE the video!

Becoming more minimalist and reading The Life changing magic of tidying up helped me be a lot tidier!!!
I am so glad you show the simple fast easy stuff because I have been having an issue needing to eat fast but get protein in. Love this video. 👍

Jen G. No it should just be a little crunchy.. Sprinkle on top after bagel is done
Jen G. Yes from Trader Joe's not hard at all! That is weird
These "lazy" what I eat in a days are so helpful! We all need those 2-4 ingredient combos for quick meals.
You're my go to for vegan recipes Sarah! love your recipes, keep it up!
I've been making large batches of vegan tikka masala sauce (so easy to make!) and then I just toss some chopped cauliflower in a pan with some of the sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Throw over some rice and VOILA! So easy and delicious!
rebeckylee please share your recipes, ugh that sounds soo good
Link to tikka masala recipe?
That sounds so good!!! Tikka masala is so comforting.
Not sure if I can share links but I found it on vegetariangastronomy website. Then just search up the tikka masala recipe on her search bar!
rebeckylee thank you! Guna find it and make it!
*MORE OF THESE PLEASE!* That last meal looked sooo good!

Buddha bowls are such a great way to eat healthy and still feel satisfied! The lemon tahini dressing sounds especially good!
That's awesome. I've heard so many fantastic things about that book. I keep meaning to pick it up!
U have such a pleasant aura and its so nice to watch your videos as opposed to other youtubers
Haha the locker story cracked me up. That's so interesting that you changed overnight! Maybe there's hope for me then too. 😜
Also if you have any leftover tofu (I always bake up some slices with flaxseed coating) it’s so good cut up in the soup.
ooh the addition of hummus is a great idea!
💕xx
omg I LOVE chickpea salad. I should try adding curry next time!
Thank you so much! :) I would like to make an ebook soon!!!
I'm a messy person and a very unorganized person. I try so hard to use planners and keep my place clean. I feel you!
TIPS FROM A FORMER MESSY THAT CONVERTED ...at least a little :D
For getting up in the morning: find out how much sleep you need and go to bed early.
Keep up the good videos Sarah! :D
Now this is me. Minimum delights. And Dave's killer bread bagels with avo is so good. I put black salt and cracked black pepper on it.
Enjoy!
That sounds good! I've never tried oat cream!
Hi ! My super lazy meal is usually a leftover rice or pasta + frozen spinach, mushrooms and lentils or kidney beans from a can, a little bit of tomato paste and 5 minutes in the microwave x) super easy but super yummy and filling !
yeah girl get that sponsorship!!!
The messys:
1. In my room, I have designated areas for everything. Like, my keys hang up on the wall, my shoes are always by the door, and i arrange everything in such a way that it WILL mess up my mojo if I misplace it. Just keeping all my equipment, clothes, and other daily work things in visible areas/ compartments is a life saver
2. Labels are everything for work tools. Allow me to make a video on just how messy mine is right now and I'll show you what I do to clean it
Food wise? I make these bomb breakfast burritos with home fries, hummus, spinach, artichokes, and tofu. Just get the potatoes and tofu ( I add soy sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, and jerk seasonings to mine). And then sautee everything together. Finally you put it all in the tortilla and grill that too. So good. Soooo good
Awesome suggestions for food and tidying up. ;) It definitely helps me to have designated places for things, I've noticed. I've been a lot better about it these past few months!
Love that you enjoy Matt Kahn's work! xo
you look stunning today !!
Thank you!
My fav lazy meal is chicken ceaser wraps lol I warm up chick'n strips and use the Hampton Creek ceaser dressing and put it in a wrap and it's amazing and very filling
I like to watch Clean My Space's channel. They inspire me to clean.
I love these types of videos! Always a treat! I love bagels but hard to find vegan cuz they use honey.
I think all of Dave's Killer Bread products except for one are vegan. :) Fave store-bought bagels by far.
I think Thomas brand bagels are vegan as well 😊
i used to be a huge slob but i've slowly gotten better over the years. i find that putting stuff away right away instead of leaving it for later helps keep things tidy. also, taking just 5-10 min before i go to bed to pick up things helps and makes it feel nice to wake up in the morning to less of a mess.
Lol I'm the same in the messy sense... And how I make potatoes. Mayo is life.
Omg for the raisin bagel try out a banana and cinnamon on it with the almond butter 👌 love the videos looking great girl 😍😘💜
Thanks! :) Banana would be a great addition.
The Sweet Earth breakfast burritos are sooooo good! Along with their other burritos just check to make sure it’s vegan because not all of them are! But the ones that are say vegan on the packaging! 💞
Hummus is phenomenal on baked potatoes. Even my husband loves it, and he is picky as a toddler
That sounds so good!
You inspired me to go vegetarian. I am on week 3 😊
Yay! Congrats girl! :)
My nickname is Messy Marvin... I've been messy my whole life and I totally relate, neat and organized people are goals.
When I need a quick dinner saute whatever veggies/greens I have add the squash and add jarred pasta sauce. so good.
Spaghetti squash is so good!
hey Sarah - just saw this vid and I am a recovering messy person! highly recommend purging all items which do not have a specific place in your home. if it doesn't have a place, its gonna live on the floor/ the "laundry chair"/ your trunk / wherever you can fit it. so first just definitely donate stuff you don't need!!!
So good! And that is an awesome tip.
i would love to see some recipes using corn, i love me some corn! really enjoy this channel Sarah, gives me soooo many great ideas!
A lot of ingredients are from bottled food, is this safe!!
It's really helpful your video, and do that in every ending😋
My go to when I️ have no time or effort to give: oats+chia+flax+water+frozen blueberries. Kinda boring but I love it! Had some earlier!
Stares off into the distance and eats popcorn the story of my life lol great video as per usual!
Kimchi and sesame oil are my Asian food staples. Love the flavor they provide!!
Loved the vlog style !
Another great video as always! I really need to try some of those vegan recipes, everything looks so good. I tried to make seitan some time ago and it was a complete disaster, but I won't give up.
Sarah your hair looks great!
Go to easy dinner: baked potato, vegan mayo, mustard + maple syrup, any greens you have, chopped tomatos, and avocado. Soooo good
Loving this kind of videos!! Love from Argentina
Minimising really helps with keeping things effortlessly tidy x
OMG!!! I have those two types of bagels right now too! And I could eat soup everyday regardless of the weather. Soul!!!
Ur dinner is one of my favorite meal in the world and also I’m addicted to bagels right now lol. Love u!!
Read "The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up." It helped me stay more tidy and organized😀
Ah I've heard so many great things about that book!
I second that! I used to be the messiest person on earth, but that book got me so obsessed with tidying
Yes! A thousand times yes. This book changed my life.
S Fawver Yes the audio book was the best. It’s an absolute must read.
The audiobook was awesome for sure. The narrator's voice was really nice 😌
Ramen/peanut sauce + frozen vegetable soup is my go to. :)
Chaos is just the physical expression of creativity. At least that is my mantra when looking at my kitchen. Or my desk. Or... stuff.
Haha I believe that too, truly. My brain is also all over the place.
Favorite lazy meal is dumping a bag of frozen veggies in a pan with some tofu, frying it up with soy aminos and some spices, then serving with sriracha and sesame seeds on top. Takes 5-10 mins!! 👌
oh and i downloaded pump up :) thanks for sharing!
I've heard so many good things about this book. Need to pick up a copy ASAP!
i'm finally catching up!!!
- i'm all about that "no plate" life
- omg you mentioned my name in this video 😱
- pump up is amaaazing
- lazy vegan meal: mixing protein powder with water to make some kinda mousse thing and adding yogurt and granola and mixed berries on top. it sounded more lazy in my head but i promise its simple!!
Ooh I need to try the protein "mousse"! I'm pro-anything with granola. :)
Kimchi fried rice! You can do it with cauliflower rice if you want. Literally just chop up the kimchi really small and sauté in a little sesame oil, then add the rice and any other veggies. Also add a dollop of Korean red pepper sauce or Sriracha even.
Yum! Kimchi in/on everything!
Formerly messy person here! Minimalism has helped me a lot; also having to be a control freak for my job (teacher). 🤓
Vasseur Beauty’s channel made me an organized person. It’s crazy lol hope yah feel better girl xo
I loved this video! Now I know I'm not alone😁THANKS
Lazy Breakfast Go-to:
So Delicious Coconutmilk Yogurt
Pomegranate Arils
Tbsp Chia, Flax, Sunflower seeds
Hair on fleek, girl.
aw thank you :)
For me to be cleaner i use my bullet journal. Im pretty busy so I tend to let things build up and then go "wow, what the heck happened here" lol. So, ive started a journal and I use it every morning with building a routine. The best way I found to stay cleaner is to do one room a day, throughout the day. Example :
Living room:
- pick up trash
-vaccuum
- clean up the tables
Etc, and I cross them off as i go. Its made a big difference! And i dont always finish the list but my house looks good compared to before!
Hope that helps
Cassandra Shafer thanks the tips!!! 😊
For cleaning, I like the clean my space Channel on TH-cam. Helps me a lot.
