- One of the classics from Kirby's Adventure. Mostly associated with building/tower stages but has some exceptions like in 64 and Canvas Curse. While 64's makes me feel nostalgic, my favorite one is definitely from Kirby Cafe, which sounds a bit like something coming from Planet Robobot. Enjoy!

I've always wondered how the Butter Building keeps from melting.

my personal favorite will always be "above the clouds." i can't explain why, but it always makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. it's like what love feels like, oddly. and i don't know why.

Epic Yarn version is personally one of my absolute favourite songs in a video game, although none of the versions of this song are bad by any stretch of the imagination

Kirby's Adventure was my first Kirby game (granted, it was a port for the 3DS and not the original), and Butter Building will always hold so many memories for me. There was something so cool about progressively scaling up the tower level by level. It also holds memories because it took me forever to beat the sun and moon boss.

This is practically Kirby's Adventure's version of a main theme. Portions of it even play during the final battle against Nightmare, so they've been remixing game's main themes into their Final Boss ever since then.
The Sound of Kirby Café version sounds EXACTLY like something that'd be in Robobot. Same instruments and all!
My favorite is the 64 version and I've only been a Kirby fan for like a month lol

This remind me that spme years ago there was a fan project about music in smash games and they managed to give it a SAD and Melancholic tone to butter building, 2nd Happiest song in the franchise, the project name is Harmony of heroes and the song name is "the last cake"

Don’t get me wrong I love the 64 rendition but to me at least it feels like a beat to jam out to, the one that I like to relax and chill to is the rainbow curse rendition

Ngl butter building has the best songs in kirby. Especially 64s version of it. btw the thumbnail looks oddly familiar.
im gonna be honest, all this kirby games music is AMAZING but my childhood was kirby 64 and above the clouds just makes me cry everytime i listen to it
I think Epic Yarn takes it...Above the Clouds (Kirby64) is a beast too, but I have to be in the mood to listen to that version.

my favorites have to be SBB, Rainbow Curse, and at the top, Epic Yarn. i think Yarn really harnessed the playful yet calm feel of it and overall sounds the best to me

Everything about Butter Building is so cool. From the calming yet catchy theme to the faux-3D “walking around the ledge” effect, to Mr. Shine and Mr. Bright being my favorite duo bosses in the series bar none. If Orange Ocean and Rainbow Resort didn’t exist, it’d definitely be my favorite area in _Kirby’s Adventure._ 😁
And I will never forgive Nightmare in Dream Land for making the place all ruined and decrepit >:(

@@FramedOrpheus23 I didn’t say _NiDL_ ruined Butter Building in the sense that it was no longer good and never would be again; I mean that the GBA background art literally showed the environment of the area as a decaying and decrepit ruin; rather than the glorious, gilded tower you would expect from a place called _“Butter_ Building” that was in the NES version.
