Richland One 2024 CTE Completion Ceremony

Congratulations to the 528 Richland One students who were honored April 18, 2024 as CTE (career and technical education) Completers.
These outstanding students completed one or more CTE programs of study, which include building construction, culinary arts, sports medicine, cosmetology, diesel engine technology, barber/master hair care and pre-engineering. Many of the students also earned associate degrees and industry certifications.
Benjamin Brown, a senior at Dreher High School, was named the Richland One CTE Student of the Year. Benjamin was also recognized as a Quadruple Completer for completing four CTE programs (accounting, banking services, business finance and general management).
Dr. Robert Kirton of DNA Educational Solutions served as the keynote speaker for the CTE Completion Ceremony. Dr. Kirton is a graduate of C.A. Johnson High School and a retired Richland One school and district administrator, including having served as director of career and technology education.
