Great story - as someone with ADHD it's interesting to see how others feel and deal with the chaos inside our minds.
Hey Kurtis, I'm super stoked you enjoyed it. And yes I hear you too. I've not been diagnosed with ADHD myself, but when I read up about the symptoms and the constant feeling of everything being the main priority there are aspects or levels I relate to. Since doing this short and researching ADHD & Running and Arno's story, I've picked up running myself. And there is an odd clarity I get from it. How do you cope with your chaos? (of course you can totally decline to answer such a personal question on a public forum). Keep on keepin' on. 👍
