1. Prescott Prairie, Prescott Valley
This community is situated in the heart of the Prescott Valley prairie lands. Site built custom homes only set on 2+ acre lots. Home prices from the 650s on up over $1M as of the recording of this video.
2. H & F Windmill Ranch, Prescott Valley
H & F Windmill Ranch is situated off of Poquito Valley Rd and is about 15-20 mins to downtown Prescott Valley. All the homes are site built homes only set on a minimum of a 2 acre lot and larger. Approximately 40% of the community is completed. Home prices from the upper 700s on up over 1M+ as of the recording of this video.
3. Mingus Meadows, Prescott Valley
This 630 acre community began in the early 2000’s homes with a minimum 1800 sq ft & 2 acre lots. Horses are allowed in the community along with shops, barns and outbuildings. A majority of the community is built with roughly 20% remaining vacant lots. Home prices from the mid 700s to the mid 800’s as of the recording of this video.
