If you're looking for a place to call home with land to roam, watch this! In this video, Prescott Valley Acreage Communities Part 3, we share some of our favorite acreage subdivisions in Prescott Valley. This is a 3 part series and will cover 9 communities in total. If you want more space between you and your neighbors this video is a must watch.
Communities toured on this Video:
1. Copperfield, Prescott Valley
This community is situated just West of the Viewpoint neighborhood and North of Highway 89A Site built custom homes only set on 4+ acre lots. Lot prices are just under $100,000 to over $400,000 as of the recording of this video.
2. Lonesome Valley, Prescott Valley
Lonesome Valley is situated just East of Coyote Springs Rd & Pronghorn Ln and is about 15 mins to downtown Prescott Valley. All the homes are site built homes only set on a minimum of a 2 acre lot and larger. A few remaining lots are available in Lonesome Valley of the 10 acre size as of the recording of this video.
3. Ventura Ranch, Prescott Valley
Ventura Ranch is one of the only 2+ acre lot subdivisions anywhere in the Quad City area featuring large estate sized lots with the benefits of a formal subdivision including: water utility with an assured water supply, beautiful asphalt roads engineered to stand the test of time, safe and cost-reducing drainage infrastructure and (coming soon) fiber optic based internet service. Lot prices are from $90,000 to over $200,000 as of the recording of this video.
