At first it's friends talking about their other friend who's newly in love The chorus "I got a boy" is the friend herself talking about her new boyfriend the "wig part" is her starting to worry about her boy (what if he does this and that) then the "Ayo stop! bring it back to 1:40" -> stop with your paranoia and just enjoy your new relationship and so one... 1:40 being both the tempo of the chorus part and it's first timing on the song (without the intro MV) And SNSD had a totally new concept with each comeback. It was always so exciting because you really had no idea about what they were about to comeback with.
Jessica left the group in 2014 and went on solo. She also has a sister that is Krystal from F(x). They are called the legend sisters of Korea aka Jung sisters. You should check out some of SNSD songs from 2009-2010 like Genie, Oh, Run devil run. This is the golden era of SNSD and also of K-POP in general 🙌
