    Cholesterol is in your entire circulatory system. Why is there clogging of the ARTERIES close to the heart and not in the veins or capillaries in your nose, ear or knee?
    This is because the pumping of the heart can cause hairline cracks. Blood pressure is highest in this area. These hairline cracks are repaired by a sticky substance LP(a), to prevent from getting worse.
    Why don't animals have cardiovascular disease?
    Almost all animals produce large amounts of vitamin C in their liver.
    On average 35 mg/kg body weight. So we have to take at least about 3000 mg of vitamin C ourselves because humans cannot make vitamin C. You get strong collagen tissue, strong connective tissue, strong arteries. Hairline cracks no longer form and arterial plaque is removed and burned in the liver.
    Repair with cholesterol is therefore a consequence of a deficiency of vitamin C.
    So do not take statins, but vitamin C in a high dose: at least 3 grams, better: 6 to 10 grams

      I would say that animals do not have heart disease for two reasons. 1) is that they do not live too long, but 2) most importantly they all live on a natural diet for which they are evolved. That is the thought behind the Paleo diet, which rejects processed foods, especially carbs. It turns out of you do not eat carbs you need almost no Vitamin C.

    Great video about exercise, can’t get behind the statins personally. I find it strange that diabetes meds will tout a large reduction in heart attacks and stroke which raises the question what’s more important cholesterol or blood sugar? If you eat a plant based diet you will struggle with blood sugar and statins are known to cause diabetes. Also if you take beta blockers will that stop your heart’s ability to create collaterals ? Dr E also had his study’s remove all oils from their diet and toke high dose statins so his study is not isolated to food alone? Not saying I know it all but seems like there’s a lot to be examined also what is the plus or minus variable in the measurement method was it below or higher than the 2% loss ? Not saying it can’t be true but in today’s era we have more info to look at.

    I have been told I have aortic stenosis. I am wondering if the calcified valve is related to the hardening of the arteries? If so, can diet, vitamin supplements (and drugs) can reduce the possibility of surgery. There was a video done by Ford Brewer about the vitamins K2 and D3 helping to reduce the calcium in the arteries and depositing it where it should go.

    • @d.j.recchia5572
      @d.j.recchia5572 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Please don’t rely on just diet, vitamins. I just had surgery because of calcification, not just one artery either. Make sure you are getting the best cardiac care, consider plant based diet, and you should have additional statin efforts. This is not an issue to second guess.

    Yeah, now it has ben shown that statins and cholesterol reduction don't have any significant effect on preventing heart disease... It is mostly insulin circulating in the blood damaging endothelium creates vascular problems, that is why diabetics are also prone to heart disease... The other two components of your program still stand: exercises and diet
