Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2005, started medical cannabis in 2010 and have been symptom free since. I grow my own all natural, organic, probiotic grown cannabis. I eat it, I vape it, I apply it topically. I get it into me anyway I can. It has also saved me from a sever opiate addiction. Cannabis saved my life.

I never smoked marijuana or had any form of it in my adult life and at age 55 , my Mother died of cancer in 2013 . Marijuana was the only herbal medicine that helped me through many difficult days. I used it at bedtime to help me relax and I worked full time as a nurse in the daytime with no side effects. I was calm at home and able to grieve without making me sick or crying constantly.

Using medical marijuana for 7 months now. Blood pressure 118/78. Best reading since my mastectomy in 2013. No heart meds. No anxiety meds. Works for me.

I wish they would focus this much on talking about the effects from pharmaceuticals like pain meds, antidepressants, stimulants and so forth.

I am a medical cannabis exemptee. I smoked two joints of high THC (26%) and low CBD (0.3%) cannabis. I smoked them back to back prior to a treadmill heart exam. I had zero issues show up. They said I had "the heart of a teen-aged athlete". Cannabis is my only prescription and I am senior citizen. I am delighted with my health.

A friend of mine was the MOST OVER MEDICATED person I knew with opioid pain killers. He was prescribed about 3 times as much as the average chronic pain recipient. Using THC and CBD he was able to quit ALL OPIATES. Good for you Brett !!

I’ve suffered from chronic depression and anxiety and migraines for more than 50 years. Around two months ago, I started taking CBD and lion’s mane mushroom supplements. I have never felt better. No depression, no migraines. I sleep like a baby. Amazing!

I'm 67 and have consuming pot off and on over 50 years. It's the only thing that relieves sciatica and I went from smoking to vaping to reduce lung impact. No heart problems or any side effects except a need to jam out to great music.

I quit smoking weed a long, long, long time ago.......it's been probably 2 weeks.

I stopped smoking cannabis over ten years ago. Wanting to be a positive role model in my children’s lives. I’m a disabled veteran and was dealing with the VA and their pharmaceutical medicines. Over a six month period I dropped a 65lbs and not by trying. Being rushed to the hospital three different times because I’d collapse due to lack of nutrition and being so badly dehydrated. Every test you could think of for a man in his 50’s. They found nothing. Actually my heart, blood pressure and bloodwork are immaculate. When I was not smoking cannabis I had high blood pressure. Found it extremely difficult to lose weight. I was always told my blood pressure was so bad I was looking at a stroke or heart attack. I think I’ll just stick to the natural plant. The past 30 years the medical field has really lost my respect

A heart transplant doctor recommended I do edibles because over the counter pain relievers were effecting my kidneys. I did it and it helps to ease the pains I have. This is my go to for all my aches and pains and I will never stop using it. BTW my kidneys recovered and no heart transplant for me for now. God bless Marijuana and it's effects in alleviating my pains.

A friend of mine with MS went from having to be in a wheelchair to not only not needing one but going out and dancing. All because of thc and CBD. It changed her life…so much so, she opened her own store which sells everything from creams, patches, etc.

Every physician needs to be more knowledgeable about this topic. Excellent talk. Thanks.

I loved this presentation. Thank you Dr. Oh, for this thoughtful and concise, yet in depth lecture. It was most enjoyable to learn more Cannabis Science with you. After 35 years of cannabis self therapy, i'm now a legal medical patient here in the UK.

I’m 51 and smoking weed since I was 14. After my first hit, I felt incredible. Never had paranoia. When my mom caught me in my teens, I told her it’ll be legal someday. Here we are!
