Loved this video. I am saving it. You said what I tell my family every time they want me to make something . I baptize you as I am making and then bless before serving. Hello and Merry Christmas! I made these cookies last year, I didnt have a problem. But I'm not sure if I did something wrong. I used the printed recipe because I watched your video several times. But I was a little confused with the baking powder and baking soda because it was different in the directions than the video. Thats not a problem. The problem is my dough is very oily. I have celiac disease, but I make these for my Greek husband and family, so I used regular flour. I really can't taste them because of the gluten. Is the oily dough ok? I made a test batch, but like I said, I can't taste them. Thanks so much for your recipes!! They help out this Italian wife make make her Greek husband some memories.
Hi Ken, omg my mouth is watering looks so good and thank you for sharing step by step!! I do have a question to ask you since I live in the states.. lol how much grams equal to cups?? For instance 600 grams of sugar is equivalent to how many cups?? Also our measuring spoons start at.. 1/8, 1/4, 1/2... how much.is 1/3 tsp.?? Also I made your Pastitsio on Saturday. It was marvelous, easy to make little time-consuming as you said but well worth it!! Bravo

Hey, Ken! Can we please have measurements completely in grams and mls. Teaspoons, tablespoons, ounces, and cups are not the same the world around. (With this recipe you have some liquid in ounces, some in grams, and some in ml. What's up with that?) Thanks for the clarification!
Efharesto Ken, Nice recipe but I also wish to add that everyone who makes this recipe make sure your fruit is organic so it will not have a waxy skin. Wax on fruit skin tastes awful!!!
