    I really like the way you give information to the viewers. Even though some people might say you speak fast, but the way you do it is interesting and engaging. That's rare to find.

    Congratulations on your wedding. This is the 13th of your videos I am binge watching. Great! Honest and fun content. But most especially very helpful?

    Hi Deya, This is so helpful. I am your student who signed up for the DBM Bootcamp in February. I keep postponing applying for jobs thinking I am not ready and no experience. This month, I focused on just applying and getting myself out there. Please know that I adore you. ❤

      Aw, Sarah! 🥰 You are doing the right thing by applying and getting yourself out there! It gets easier with time! Keep going for it and let me know if you have any questions.

    Can you please do a further deep dive on lesson 2? and what you do right now - through a behind the scenes maybe and examples of what you did earlier to move the needle (I mean like examples and you walking through them again). I'd enjoy a video like that.

    It must really help to develop the rhythm of doing the tasks that move the needle to wrap that mummy!

    It’s been 10 months & I still haven’t landed my first client. I’m feeling so defeated 😫😫😭

    That first section was hit me hard Deya.
    I felt like being looped by my own perfectionism.
    So as if you were me, will Deya let Client knew that we had an unfinished portfolio?

    • @MyNameIsDeya
      @MyNameIsDeya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Catagna - so happy you liked the video! Perfectionism is something I heavily struggle with, too.
      Re: your question -- why is the portfolio unfinished? You can finish a portfolio sample on your own and just send that as long as it's relevant to what you're pitching/applying! :)

      @@MyNameIsDeya Hi Deya, Sorry for late replies! :(
      Why my portfolio unfinished? I think it is about bug on my App which i could even find how to resolve it, even my friend said it is not resovable yet.
      One of my client said my portfolio were fine, but still, sometime i felt like, i got bothered easily over simple bug on my app. Oh btw, i am on UI/UX Design and FrontEnd Programmer.
      Let's say you were me, Will you tell your client if those portfolio were Looking good but there is small error inside which will be repaired soon? or just not tell them until they ask?

    Do you think the market is way too saturated with general VAs now ?

    • @MyNameIsDeya
      @MyNameIsDeya  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think it depends - there are lots of markets/niches that still love general VAs. So I would think critically about 1) How can I differentiate? 2) How can I get a little specific in either my services or in the types of clients I help?
