Here's the recipe of Pastry Cream for the filling of cream puff.
Nice 😍 How to keep po left over cream puffs?? And how long shelf life. Thanks po
left over can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. as long as without filling, else it'll sag. and before serving you can reheat it in low temp oven like 150C for 5mins.
hello po ma'am, gagawa po ako ng 6pcs of cream puff at eclairs, need ba i double ang ingredients?
Depende po sa size na gagawin mo. Pero this recipe can give 12. Pero if a little bigger go ahead po double the recipe.

hello ma'am, may i ask po if need po na iba iba ang gagawin kada group? or same lang din po? sa cookery po kasi ay bawal may magkakapareho ng dish. i am currently taking bpp po, tyia po.
Usually pareho lang per group Ang ginagawa for assessment Kasi mastery ang need. Totally different sa cookery. Then designs n lng magkakaiba. Pero for a variety baka me time Iba Iba Ang ginagawa group.

Go ahead. D ko po natry palamigi without stirring. Mas mabilis Kasi Pag stir mo. U can use mixer tho, paddle attachment gamitin mo. And if u keep stirring, we prevent from developing skin on the surface especially if we left just open, else cover with cling wrap. And we also, by stirring we can also prevent from carry-over cooking.

Maam instead of water pde po ba ako gumamit ng Non fat milk?
Pwede din po. Maging mas masarap Ang dough, mas malinamnam.
bake po sa 200F for 15mins? hindi na po ba hihinaan ung temp?
Bake for 200 to 250C for first 10 to 15mins once it has its shape meaning beautifully puff with a hint of golden brown, you can lower the temp to 180C and maintain until crispy. It should be hollow inside and crispy outside.
bakit po hindi po kayo gumamit ng wire whisk?
Para sa dough? kaya rubber scraper ang ginamit ko kasi we only wanted to mix the mixture into one single mass dough. Pag wire whisk po gamitin natin it will incorporate which we do not need in the dough. kaya spatula or rubber scrapper gamit natin.
Ilang minuto po ang pag be bake?
para maging crispy 20 to 30 mins. first 10mins high temp (400F-500F). don't open pero hinaan Ang temp to 375F hanggang maging crispy
