    Hi mam good news pasado na po ako sa NC2 thank you mam .... Mam ask ko po Ito na rin po ba yung COC o iba pa po yun kc educ. Graduate po ako major Ng Food tech. Secondary kc po plan ko na maging assesor or Trainor. ano po ba dpt ko gawin . Kc sa ngyon self employed ako tgal din kc ako nahinto kc OFW ako dti for 8 years. Plan ko rin na kumuha nnn Ng cookery. nC2

      First, congratulations po. Yes Ang COC parang NC1 lang na certificate. For Tesda accreditation, kelangan mo Ng NC2 then take TM1 (for trainer and assessor) tas kuha ka FELs para pwede ka maging trainer online. Tas for assessor naman mag load ka para ma accredit ka for assesor. San ang area mo po?

      Mam ano po yung FELS need ko ba mam kumuha Ng methodology sa tesda 1 &2 ang area ko po ay Quezon province bundok peninsula po .NC2 na po ako mam ang TM1 po ba Yan yung methodology po ba ?

    I did this recipe many times
    I took the Bread and Pastry NC2 national exam years ago... Youre given 6 hours to complete four specific recipes: Soft Dinner Rolls x10, Lemon Meringue Pie x1 and Lemon Meringue Tarts x5, Cream Puffs and Eclairs *10 pcs, and Vanilla Chiffon Cake x1 and Vanilla Chiffon Roll x1. I am the first to finish out of 30 people who got the exam at 2 hours and 44 minutes (all excellent rating). I missed my culinary school days, one of the best days of my life ❤

      Instant yeast po is already good. Mas madali gamitin. Good for straight mixing method

    Thanks for sharing. Sa tingin ko medyo over brown ang pagkaluto. In my experience in baking if the top ay mabilis ang pag brown pero hindi pa luto ang bread ay nilalagyan ko ng shelter sa ibabaw to protect from heat. 🙏 God bless.

Kasi actual at 1 take lang lahat. at ibig sabihin lang na organic po talagang on the spot Ang baking nyan Kasi kitang kita e. hehehehe. meron din po akong ibang videos na pwede pong reference . try nyo din po watch.

      It's okay lang naman po to straight method, meaning derecho mix with dry ingredients since I'm using instant yeast and I'm very sure it's a good yeast. The other mixing method is modified straight dough na imix muna with with water Ang yeast and wait till bubbly to check kung active pa si yeast. Both are good practice for mixing the yeast.

      Mas maganda Ang marble for other confectioneries too. Pero kelangan mo mamili Ng fine meaning walang butas2. 2nd good working table is stainless steel Kasi easy to clean and sanitize. Un Ang pinaka importante dun. Ang sanitization. I highly recommend stainless steel Kasi affordable na rin.

      Ideally po magkaiba sila, softer at milkier po Ang dinner rolls at ang dinner roll po at small than buns. Pero sa bakery natin minsan d n po sila masyadong magkaiba.

      Depende kung nasaang area ka, but usually po meron pong TESDA office sa mga city, or sa livelihood department Ng city/municipal po. Ask assistance para papuntaho. Nyo po kayo sa accredited school at sa mga available programs na merong offers.

      Kung meron po kayong COE, pwede derecho n pong assessment or certificate of training po. Check nyo rin po sa assessment center kung ano requirements nila para assessee.

      There's no fat required sa recipe po. But you can add po butter at least 1 or 2 tbsp. It will taste great.

      Depende po yan sa assessor, madalas kung ano napractice mo during training, gusto mo b magrefresher saken. Pero ung nasa video ko yan din madalas ang pinapagawa. 5 po yan.

      Hindi po lahat ng yeast ay kailangan ng warm water. by doing so {meaning lalagyan ng warm water} bka mapigilan ang activate ng yeast.
      depende sa klase ng yeast ang nangangailangan ng warm water. Usually active dry.
      To make sure when you buy yeast read the label how to use it.

    Mam sched Ng assessment nmin Jan 30 repeat kmi from the start kc Hindi na kinuha yung dating assesor. Wla nmn kming Balita kung anong ngyari sa complaint nmin kc move on na lng daw .Mam sa assesor Hindi na pinapatimbang ang bread waste of time lng daw. Kya yung mga sumunid cut na lng nla. Mam pray for me 🙏🙏🙏🙏 to past....

      Good luck. Kaya mo yan. Try mo ipare pareho Ang cut Pag nag baston ka. Para kahit d na timbangin. Divide mo n lang evenly. Tsaka ung compaint oo yaan mo na muna. Magreflect din un someday. Ipaubaya mo n lang sa maykapal.

      @@jackylenearagdon945 kadalasan po 1 recipe Lang. Or depende sa assessment center or depende po sa assessor. Importante po making po kayo sa instructions po during orientation. Otherwise individual po at 1 recipe lang.

    Kapag po ba nagpa assessment iisa lang mga ipapagawa ng assessor? Or naka depende po sa assesor? Balak ko po kc magpa assessment nlng po pero di ako magtraining kc wala po time. Nag work ako sa bakery ng total 5 years po.

      Pag NC2 po dinner roll, tart, cream puff, swiss roll/birthday cake and petit four. Pero depende sa assessor at city kung San kng area magpa assess baka dinner, swiss roll/birthday cake at petit four lang papagawa.
      Pag me work experience submit po ng coe para d mo na kelangan mag training. Browse mo lang po ung nasa playlist ko un nag basic need to perform.

      follow po ang steps ng baking bread. ung yeast mo ba ay natest mo kung buhay? wag mo itabi sa salt when you mix alldry ingredients. at make sure all room temp po ang ingredients. ig me malamig ka ng ingredients it might delay the fermentation.
      try mo din sundan ang ingredients ko dito at procedure. take note unse only one egg and the other egg is for the eggwash.

      Wala pong butter etong recipe, kaya ginamitan natin Ng shortening habnag nag knead to add the fats which is shortening. or you can use butter just limit until 2tbsp.

      238g po Ang exact conversation Ng bread flour.. this dough is very sticky. just add 10g of flour for dusting, only if needed. but if dough still manageable when kneading then don't add flour and use shortening instead.
