    hello po. ask ko lang po kasi ang tinuro po sa amin is APF, salt, butter and ice water lang po. will it work the same po?

      Oo Naman it will work. Need talaga Ang cold water para d madali matunaw Ang butter.

    Hi Chef can use 1tab of shortening ,1/4 cup of butter.please advise me 🙏

      Yes shortening can be replaced with butter. It will be more flavorful. But also remember that the shortening here is for a crunch and stability while you are molding the dough. Because for high humid areas it will melt in your hands easily while you are molding. Then it may result to not firm and uneven thickness.

    Chef, pwede po ba skip ang lard or not? Also, re muffin pan that size, may link po ba where to get it to make sure i get the right size. Thank you.

      Yes po pwede all butter. Mas masarap. sa mga baking store marami din namang muffin pans just buy the lighter colors without coating na pans. I used 1 oz dyan.

      Kung 1/8in thickness around 10 to 12mins at 350F or until brown.

      Taste good and it's so soft. It's kinda brittle kaya need Ng tamang lambing when you prepare it Pero pwede nyo po gamitin APF or BF for good structure at leave few chunks of fats in this case butter for flaky crust.

      Sa eggyolk un. Pag maganda ang color ng yolk ganyan sya lalabas

    kukuha po ko ng assessment ngaun month ask ko lang po anong kakalabasan if walang egg ang tartlet

      Egg Kasi acts as binder, moisture at flavor. Pero for tart pwede naman gamitin ang any liquid pwede water, milk d lang masyadong flavorful. Unless it's milk.

    Mam ask q po possible po b n wag n ilagay s ref? Room temperature lng Po?

      pwede nman po. if walang ref, palitan n lng Ng shortening. eto kasing recipe is with butter. and the more we hold the dough while kneading it will alowlymelts the butter because of the warm of our hand.

      5 to 7 days in air tight containers, kahit mga 2 weeks to a month if chilled.

      Vegetable shortening po pwede. Same lang naman Ang texture. Or oil or margarine or butter even better.
